Negative experience: Cap queixa en quan al tracte rebut. Simplement coneixien que publicaven un “local” sense cèdul·la d’habitabilitat anunciant-lo com a “pis” (a Ramon i Cajal…). Vaig haver de pagar jo un arquitecte perquè verifiqués si és podia fer un canvi d’ús quan sabien que no es podia tramitar a l’Ajuntament. Em van fer perdre el temps (i 90€). Totalment innecessari (i denunciable). Primera i última experiència.

Negative experience: Más de dos meses de contacto y tres visitas personales a la oficina para que finalmente el empleado Víctor no nos responda más el móvil teniendo una casa en espera que el mismo nos había mostrado. De no ser por otros profesionales responsables del rubro (que nos alquilaron con los mismos papeles), seguiríamos buscando casa con mí mujer embarazada. Sencillamente una falta de respeto y nula profesionalidad.

Negative experience: Terrible, I have been trying to communicate for about 2 months, I send messages to the page and nothing. I went one day to the office, they told me about an apartment, I asked them to write to me on WhatsApp because I am out of town at the moment. They never wrote to me, I saw the apartment published and I wrote myself. Through Idealista, through the page and nothing. In summary, if you cannot attend to inquiries through the channels you offer, then do not open them.

Negative experience: Les deje un piso para venta un año , el comercial encargado mintiendo en todo , cada vez que le pillabas en una mentira salia de forma chula , alfinal en otra enganchada por sus reiteradas mentiras su salida fue a base de amenazar, cgulearme y faltarme al respeto , quejándome al jefe recibo la respuesta de que eso no importa , " lo importante es vender el piso y pillar la pasta " les pase una persona interesada en el piso llamo varias veces el comercial nunca estava , les dejo el numero en varias ocasiones y nunca la llamaron y wso de que yo le avise de que le iba a llamar una vecina interesada. Pedi a un amigo y una amiga llamaran para interesarse por el piso , nada de información, siempre el comercial no esta deja tu numero y nunca lles llamo. Esta es la profesionalidad , educación de este par de individuos .

Fantastic experience: Hemos ido a ver tres pisos con ellos. Siempre han sido puntuales y amables. Es cierto que la zona de Tarragona es complicada en el tema alquileres :hay pocos pisos, la mayoría antiguos y mal acondicionados, muchos propietarios los ponen en venta y alquiler al mismo tiempo. En definitiva una actividad nada fácil. Seguimos en trato con ellos porque a pesar de las dificultades se ve que ponen toda la voluntad y esmero en lo que hacen.

Negative experience: He trucat un parell de vegades i no he aconseguit que cap comercial es posés en contacte amb mi. Tampoc a través de cap app de venta de pisos que gestionen ells. Em sap greu pels propietaris que compten amb ells, perquè ells no es mouen gens. No m'ha passat amb cap altre inmobiliaria.

Negative experience: un desastre, vam anar a que ens gestionessin el lloguer d´un pis i al cap de tres setmanes, quan el pis ja estava llogat, ens van trucar per anar a fer les fotos. Poca professionalitat.

Negative experience: Envié varios mensajes para alquilar un piso, no recibí contestación y después de ir personalmente a la oficina me dijeron que no estaba el comercial que lleva alquileres y dejé mi teléfono y que me llamara urgentemente... No he recibido dicha llamada.

Positive experience: Muy buen servicio en general, siendo rápidos con las gestiones y buen asesoramiento legal.

Negative experience: Se quedan con el dinero, dan largas y bloquean las llamadas. Ojo con el jefe. Nada recomendable, no son nada de fiar

Negative experience: Un cero en seriedad y otro cero en educación. Nos atendió una mujer muy borde por teléfono la segunda vez que llamamos y directamente cancelamos la cita que teníamos concertada. Íbamos a ver un inmueble que después vimos publicado también en otra inmobiliaria diferente, con diferentes características. Un lío un poco turbio. En fin, gracias por nada!
