Negative experience: Ya esta claro viendo las valoraciones que tienen,alquile un piso y lo vendieron el edificio a una empresa que nunca informaron,sufrimos acoso inmobiliario para echarnos y no atendian cuando les explicamos la situación,solo quieren cobrar,nada humanos ni empaticos,poco profesionales,horrible

Negative experience: Coincido con otras reseñas por mi experiencia negativa con este negocio. Mala gestión y además puedo decir que son unos auténticos maleducados. Se dedican a cobrar y basta. No lo recomiendo a nadie.

Negative experience: When you have a problem, they respond to you only once saying that you should handle it with the builder who broke the clothesline. You tell them that the management is theirs and they do not respond to any further emails. This is called being rude and washing their hands... terrible! P.S. Tomorrow I will send a reminder again...

Negative experience: Terrible management. I do not recommend it at all. I rented an apartment with them, and when I left the apartment, they charged me an extra month of electricity. The reason? They did not change the name of the electricity service on time (I notified them 2 months in advance). Now they tell me that they will not reimburse me the €31 for electricity that corresponds to the owner or the agency and not to me... They claim that I, who am not the property owner, made an agreement with the electricity company. In short, I will never request the services of FINQUES SEGARRA (Tarragona) or their MANAGERS again. By the way, they neither answered my WhatsApp nor my calls... completely out of place.

Positive experience: No me dieron cotización cuando fui personalmente... hubiera sido bueno que me comentaran el presupuesto para alojarme en algún piso de la zona... directamente me mandaron al ayuntamiento cuando ellos manejan todo lo que es pisos en la ciudad...
