Negative experience: Very bad service. If when you go to buy an apartment, the property management is them, you are going to suffer very bad service. This is my experience.

Fantastic experience: Very happy with the attention, fluency, and speed. We put our apartment up for sale with them, and they sold it on the first visit. Negative experience: The salesperson Eva is an actress, she pressures you by lying to sell you, and when you've already paid, she acts clueless and makes you feel like a ... they've sold me by deceiving me in everything! What will be your lifelong dream is a torture, because of how bad a person EVA is! They sold me without following electrical regulations and various other things. Very bad experience, Living estates is worth it!

Positive experience: This is a company that specializes in property management and real estate sales. Initially, the management they provide for my community is correct, especially when I understand that it is a complicated function. They respond well, are efficient, and the communication is what one would expect from a company in this field.

Negative experience: The portal of the Brisamar building that faces the pond has only stairs and a sort of 'lift' for people with mobility issues instead of a proper elevator from the entrance of the portal. It's unfortunate for people with reduced mobility... The care given to this side of the Brisamar building is regrettable, from the lights of the portal to the lighting in the garage area. Out of 7 bulbs, only 2 turn on at night. I was there a week ago, and the feeling of neglect is enormous. @comarrugaconfort

Negative experience: I have had an open complaint for over two months and no one is attending to me! After two months, I asked to speak with the owner and they told me that he does not exist! I don't know what else to do, let's see if someone will take action or if the owner of Coma-ruga Confort will contact me. I advise you not to work with them, they have no professionalism!
