Negative experience: Estáis a tiempo de leer antes las reseñas! Pongo una Estrella porque es la finca estrellada de segur de Calafell! Responsabilidad 0 te llevan a derramas que según ellos como comunidad, siempre hacen pagar a los mismos, aires prepotentes y mucha soberbia empatizar O facilidades a los que ellas tienen más confianza por supuesto!! Y que no se olviden que ellas su sueldo sale de cada uno de nosotros! Comunidad todos somos uno! No 3 gatos pagando lo que el resto no hace.. No los contratéis! No buscan soluciones todos problemas y siempre pagando los mismos!! Más claro agua!!

Negative experience: ¿Queréis unas fincas que os robe y haga lo que le de la gana con vuestro dinero? Pues así son ellos!! Meten vuestro dinero en un fondo fijo y luego tardan 5 meses en darnos nuestro dinero para cambiar de fincas y misteriosamente parte de el dinero se ha perdido por el camino… Ojo!! No les pidáis un presupuesto de reforma a la finca, pues estarán de la mano con “sus” constructores amigos y se quedaran un %, lo mismo si queréis un arquitecto/ingeniero. Directamente, no perdáis el tiempo. Las actas son intratables y no respetan los votos de los vecinos.

Negative experience: They never respond to complaints and incidents, some very serious, but in an email where I told them about my inability to pay a special assessment for a couple of months due to serious personal issues since I am a single-parent family, they called me within a minute and immediately changed the payment of the fee so that I could not claim a refund with some interest, since now charging me the special assessment along with the community fees would mean higher interest, which I could not handle. Being incompetent today is a reality in some sectors, and lack of humanity is the worst thing a company can have. I do not recommend these properties at all, and with attitudes like this, I don't think they will do very well, especially when I have seen other reviews and they are very negative.

The writing of the meeting minutes of the owners' assembly is quite poor, which can lead to serious harm to owners who vote against in meetings. They do not know the current regulations or interpret them in their own way. If you are going to hire their services, it is advisable to check if the administrator attending the meeting is registered or has the appropriate training for their responsibilities. These practices should also include a lack of diligence in their tasks and little transparency regarding concepts charged in the community budgets in their favor. Not recommended Finques i Serveis.

Negative experience: They make mistakes in minutes, budgets, they take you for a fool, they don't answer emails regarding their mistakes, they patch incidents and instead of fixing them, they create a bigger issue. I have never encountered anything like it. Lack of professionalism and responsibility.
