Negative experience: This is the first time I write a review, but I've had such a bad experience that it needs to be shared. Zero professionalism!! They boast about many years of experience, but the truth is that there are failures that don't show it. I have dealt with Ana and she doesn’t even answer calls or messages, and this is not professional; at least she should respond and show up. I got the apartment thanks to other people because on her part everything is very regrettable. I had to personally go to the Consell to search for the certificate of habitability because she hasn’t even replied to my messages and calls. I understand that the apartment belongs to Sareb and you have many assets and everything is going as it is, but it is the real estate agency that sells you the apartment and they need to show up and move things along. I do not recommend her at all, I have never encountered a company like this. I gave one star because otherwise you can't leave a comment, but I wouldn't give her even one.
Negative experience: Very bad experience. They have no word regarding the apartments they have for sale. After signing the contract and paying the deposit, we were given the runaround for three years without them delivering the apartment. We have incurred unnecessary expenses to recover the deposit because they wouldn't return it either. A complete disaster of a real estate agency, and if you do not want to sell the apartments, do not list them for sale. You are playing with people's hopes and causing us unnecessary expenses.
Les agradezco la oportunidad que me brindan para hacer pública mi respuesta, y poder explicar lo sucedido.
Tal como está documentado en los distintos mails que se les han enviado, y salvo error con burofax enviado por el propietario, han sido ustedes quienes han dilatado el tiempo en recuperar la entrega realizada al propietario del inmueble (no a mí). Quien, acogiéndose al clausulado del contrato firmado, y por circunstancias que no creo oportuno hacer públicas, decidió no vender y devolver las cantidades entregadas.
Han sido ustedes quienes han puesto objeciones en recuperar las cantidades entregadas, con la voluntad de forzar la compra del inmueble.
Deben de entender que no somos propietarios de los pisos que gestionamos, y lamentamos que confundan conceptos.
Mas grave me parece que de manera malintencionada o no, hagan malas reseñas tergiversando la verdad, con el fin de perjudicar o desinformar
Negative experience: Very bad experience, they are not formal, they do not keep their word and do not comply. They sell apartments with problems. We have been waiting for almost two years with the signed reservation contract and the deposit paid, and they neither called us to sign the deed nor did they want to return our money, always with excuses and without giving us any explanation in the end, they did not answer the phone. A disastrous service.
Os interesasteis por un piso ACTIVO BANCARIO. Sois clientes del fondo propietario, puesto que entrasteis a través de su web o publicidad, y solicitasteis visita.
Por mi parte y a instancias del fondo propietario de la vivienda, contacté con vosotros para enseñaros la vivienda, y os ayudé con el contrato de reserva.
A partir de ahí se ocupa la gestoría del fondo de solicitar la renuncia a la Generalitat (en este caso decidieron visitar, y se demoró todo mucho más), pero insisto que no somos nosotros quienes nos ocupamos.
Una vez la Generalitat decidió no ejercer su derecho de compra preferente, te comenté que habíais recibido mails del fondo propietario, para aportar documentación y seguir con los trámites para pasar los controles internos para la compra (lo teniais que hacer vosotros siguiendo instrucciones del mail; pero me ofrecí a ayudaros también).
Llegado este punto, decidisteis no continuar y solicitar la devolución de dinero, y así lo comuniqué al fondo. Supongo que os lo habrán devuelto, porque es a ellos a quién hicisteis la transferencia.
Tenéis mails y teléfonos de contacto de ellos, pero entiendo que os sea más fácil pedírmelo a mí para que os ayude (y así lo he hecho siempre).
No es verdad el tiempo que dices haber transcurrido desde que firmasteis el contrato de reserva (en mayo del presente año 2022, hicisteis transferencia para reservar).
Y también es mentira que no os atendiéramos telefónicamente, o por whats (como demuestran las conversaciones que tenemos).
Sois clientes del fondo propietario de este activo bancario, y no míos. No firmasteis ningún contrato conmigo, lo firmasteis con ellos. Solo os he enseñado el piso, y ayudado en las gestiones.

I assure you that I will not try to buy an apartment from this real estate agency again.
