Thanks to these shameless people who only dedicate themselves to deceiving others. And on top of that, the one who claims to be the owner is a jerk, arrogant. Negative experience: The owner has no shame at all. He exploited my father's apartments for years and when he passed away, he returned them to us in much worse condition than they were in. (I don't understand how he didn't feel ashamed renting them out in that state.) In one kitchen, a column of tiles was held up by a plank, for example, despite the fact that the contract stated that full maintenance of the apartment was included, including appliances, etc. Still, we trusted his service for one of the apartments for another year, as we couldn’t afford to restore it, and when we took it back the following year after the contract ended, he returned it with the appliances and mattresses switched out (the washing machine was completely broken) and without kitchenware (you have to be stingy to take the glasses, plates, and cutlery). When we went to tell him that what he did was illegal, he said he had put back what my father had ten years ago in that apartment, when that apartment had already been returned to us at the end of my father's contract with other appliances and mattresses, and as I mentioned earlier, the contract explicitly states that at the end, the apartment must be in the same or better condition, never worse than in the original conditions. That is to say, with the new contract with us that year, it should have been in the same or better condition than when my father's contract ended. He pushed my brother, insulting him and throwing him out of the office, saying that no one calls him a thief, and to me, being pregnant, he invited me to leave. He said he was going to call the Civil Guard, something we encouraged him to do, but obviously, he didn’t. We thought about suing him, but in the end, we didn’t want to get into trouble and add more headaches in order to move on from a situation that causes us a lot of emotional pain, and the least I think is to warn people about the type of professional he is, so they don’t leave their apartments in his hands, and the type of apartment they will rent if they look for it in his office.

Negative experience: En nuestro caso en un piso en Monte blanco. Falta de limpieza extrema con pelos en todos lados, manchas de comida, las fundas del sofá guardados en la mesa central del comedor con restos de sangre y más comida. El sofá con más manchas. Cubertería también sucia, demasiados vasos que no sirven para nada, en un apartamento así que no pueden haber más de tres o cuatro personas vale con que se dejen un pequeño juego de platos, vasos y cubiertos, lo demás sobra. La cama sin hacer con una colcha que daba miedo verla, en su lugar te dejan una bolsa de lavandería con sábanas hartas de vivir qué al sobrar nos sirvieron de fundas para el sofá y toallas claro está con más manchas. Horrible!! Estuvimos seis horas adecentando la casa y con ganas de volver a la nuestra. Para no volver!!!. Las llaves te las entregan en oficina sin enseñarte previamente la casa. Como único bueno las vistas y la piscina que es con lo que nos quedamos. PD. Ventilador de la habitación sigue sin funcionar y las aspas del aire acondicionado están sujetas porque se descuelgan. Una vez llamamos a la inmobiliaria para presentar las quejas nos devolvió la llamada el responsable de limpieza queriendo reunirse con nosotros no sé con qué fin pero al menos algo es. Sugiero ver la casa con alguien de la inmobiliaria antes del pago.

Negative experience: Muy mal. Alquilamos un bajo con salida al césped. Cuando llegamos allí a recoger la llave nos dice que no es el apartamento de la foto, que es un segundo(Ya empezamos mal) . Llegamos allí y es un tercero sin ascensor!!!! Tenemos un bebé... Por lo que no es nada cómodo subir todas sus cosas todos los dias.Y que es lo que hay.... Por dentro.... El sofá cama viejisimo, la lavadora no va bien. No me ha gustado nada

Negative experience: Alquilamos hace mas de dos meses un apartamento que en fotos estaba súper bien, no cobraron la fianza y el día 22 de septiembre teníamos la entrada, pues el apartamento 169 fue el que nos dieron y es el peor sitio que he podido estar, había humedades en las paredes de las habitaciones y del baño, todo olía a humedad, un sofá cama destrozado, lleno de bichos, la terraza que tiene es sin puerta un peligro para animales y para niños ya que da a una carretera, nada de seguridad, tuvimos que buscar otro alojamiento, menos mal que había disponibilidad y permitían animales, evidentemente el lunes fuimos a la agencia a devolver las llaves y decir lo que había ocurrido, nos devolvieron la fianza y dijimos en la situación que se encuentra ese alojamiento con fotos, era inevitable, muxo cuidado con el 169 es de lo malo lo peor

Como advierten que no proporcionan pequeños electrodomésticos te encuentras que no tienes ni cafetera manual, ni exprimidor de plástico, salero, azucarero... Una llave para piscina y lavapies para un alquiler para seis personas... Puertas que no cierran, lnodoros rotos, incluso saltaban el automático de la luz si te duchabas y ponías una placa a la vez. Lamentable
