Negative experience: Die Maklerin lag leider mit Ihrer Preiseinschätzung völlig daneben. Ich als Kunde musste ihr sagen, nehmen sie doch bitte einen geringeren, marktgerechteren Verkaufspreis. Als dieser auch nicht zum Verkauf führte, schlug die Maklerin abermals einen niedrigeren Preis vor: 200.000 Euro weniger als es ihre eigene, ursprüngliche Einschätzung war. Vermutlich nur, um den Auftrag zu bekommen. Ein halbes Jahr später konnte noch immer kein Verkauf realisiert werden und patzig am Telefon war sie - die Inhaberin Frau Susanne Schüssler - obendrein noch. NIE WIEDER.
