Very quick at returning calls, check in seamless and able to leave suitcases in their office on check out day as we had a late flight. Accommodation was as seen on line and very good. Thank you

Fantastic experience: SM are great rental agents. Lynne, Elena, Alice and Oscar are always pleasant and very helpful. Alcazaba is very close to their office and they go out of their way to please and keep everything well maintained.

Negative experience: They do not respond to messages about incidents after the stay, we have been waiting for a response for weeks and they don’t even bother to reply. We had to clean the apartment upon our arrival, an unpleasant surprise on their part.

Negative experience: Appel à l agence pour acheter un garage. La secrétaire me dit que la personne gérant se bien est absente à cette heure mais me rappelera des son retour. Plus d une semaine après aucune nouvelle. Demande de renseignement aussi par mail, aucune reponse
