Fantastic experience: Excelente servicio el de Inmoalmar. Vendi el piso que tenia con ellos y de verdad el servicio de Francisco, de primera. Hubo mucha honestidad y comunicacion de principio al fin de la transaccion. Quiero recalcar que trabajan duro, incluso en verano y la atencion es de primera, son cordiales, considerados y empaticos. Fantastic experience: We recently used Inmoalmar’s services to sell an apartment in Los Boliches and we were delighted with the service we received. Because of their intimate knowledge of the local property market they were able to arrange a sale at a good price promptly. They took care of the legal and financial matters too which was a boon when selling remotely. Fantastic experience: Last year my father wanted to sell two apartments in Los boliches. He is quite old and my mother who mainly used the apartment died some years ago. He asked me and my brother and sister to deal with it. I met many prospective estate agents. Most of them tried to appeal to me by inflating the price hoping that would hook me! Fran (and his partner Iris) had a different approach. They were incredibly professional yet personable. They estimated a good but realistic price and I went for them. I have absolutely no regrets. They estimated that the properties could be sold in 4 months. In 2 months we had sale agreed and in 4 sold! They were incredibly efficient and looked after every detail and made the sale a painless exercise. I particularly liked Fran and his company as it’s a family business, his dad ran it before him and they had the local knowledge and intelligence of the area which is crucial. Fantastic experience: Fran and his team were excellent when we asked them to sell our flat in Los Boliches. As a local agent, Fran knew the area very well and was extremely knowledgeable about the potential buyers and their preferences. His advice was invaluable. Every effort was made to present the place at its best. Clearing and cleaning, all free of charge, was done by him and his team, an open day was set up and a number of viewings were completed. An awning needed fixing and that was also done free of charge.
