Fantastic experience: I took a while to post my review because I wanted to have the opportunity to properly assess the property that was sold to me. More than a year has passed and I have to say that the treatment during the sale was exquisite, and I felt attended to from minute one by Ángel, who truly lived up to his name. The property itself has turned out to be wonderful in terms of value for money. In Cantabria, it would have cost us three times as much. It is an old house, with aspects that could be renovated, of course, but in general, it is in good condition. Both the heating and the glory work great, and the gardens are a balm of fresh air. The neighbors in the adjacent houses are kind and polite, and the village is very well preserved; you can breathe peace and tranquility. We are especially grateful for the attention received, and honestly, I don't understand the negative reviews.

Negative experience: I don't understand why they put up advertisements and answer the phone, they always say they will call you back and never do. Months ago, I called about a property; they told me they would call me in a few minutes. I called multiple times and they eventually told me they couldn't reach the owner of the property I was interested in, and that they would remove it from their sales catalog. Months later, the property is still on their website. I called again after months asking about another property and their response was the same as always, 'I'll call you in a few minutes.' I've been waiting for a few days and nothing. They don't even ask for the mobile number to call me back, and I doubt they have noted or saved the information from the received calls. I’m done calling them again.

Positive experience: Profesionales, serios y resolutivos. Traté con ellos el cambio de varios seguros y al final, consegui un buen ahorro. Me solucionaron el alquiler de un local que necesitaba urgentemente de forma rápida y cómoda. Sin duda seguiré trabajando con ellos.
