Negative experience: Experiencia mala. Desde el primer día nos pusieron muchas pegas y trabas para alquilar un piso pequeño pidiéndonos un exceso de información personal. No se fiaban de que dos personas jóvenes, ambas con trabajo, pudieran asumir los gastos del piso. Tuvimos un problema con la calefacción y su solución fue: hablad con el presidente, mirad los contadores y controladlo vosotros. Ellos en ningún momento se implicaron en nada ni nos dieron ninguna solución. Después dejamos el piso antes de finalizar el contrato y nos quitaron media fianza aunque no estaba especificado en el contrato. Al irnos nos debían dinero relacionado con el resto de la fianza y otros temas de facturas que hasta meses después no nos devolvieron, ya que seguíamos pagando los gastos aún habiendo dejado el piso. Si no llegamos a insistir y acudir en numerables ocasiones a la inmobiliaria, se alarga la gestión muchos más meses. Hecho que no ocurrió cuando el dinero lo recibían ellos. Espero no tener que repetir ninguna gestión con ellos.

Negative experience: It is regrettable that after a month of waiting to see an apartment, they called me to schedule a visit, and on the same day of the visit, they told me it was impossible because a problem had arisen and that they would call me back, but I received no response. I called again, and they told me they would call me that week... In total, after a month and a half, they haven't called me or shown me the apartment. There's little responsibility and empathy towards people; if they don't know how to work or treat people as they deserve, they should stay home because all they have done is make me waste time and miss out on other properties while waiting for them...

Negative experience: I have called up to 4 times to inquire about an apartment in Allende del Río that was for rent, and they tell me they cannot locate the owner and that they will call me back or pass the ball from one colleague to another. If it is not for sale or you do not want to sell it, do not waste people's time; terrible service.

I sent a photograph via WhatsApp of the property in question and they responded as soon as they could. Negative experience: Devolver la fianza no, pero coger los 6 meses por adelantado màs la fianza, eso si, eso ràpido....

Negative experience: Los inquilinos tienen deberes, estamos de acuerdo, pero también tienen el derecho a NO encontrarse el piso poco menos que una cuadra de cerdos, derecho a NO esperar un mes a que la inmobiliaria venga a a recoger cajas de la antigua inquilina, derecho a NO esperar 8 meses a que vengan a arreglar una persiana que se rompió a la semana de entrar en el piso, derecho a NO esperar un año, si, un año que te den las llaves del buzón, etc etc, etc... Entonces, si no quieres ser calificada negativamente, haz bien tu trabajo o dedicate a otra cosa.

Claro está que si el inquilino deja la casa hecha un desastre yo no devuelvo fianza pero eso no es culpa de la inmobiliaria sino de quien lo ha dejado así,que se creen con todos los derechos pero ningún deber y también los tienen.Los propietarios tenemos que gastar un dinero en volver a acondicionarla para que los sgtes inquilinos la encuentren en perfectas condiciones.
