Negative experience: For visits, the real estate agent Félix was very pleasant, but he only cares about money. Before being a salesperson, he should be a person. I was the first interested in seeing an apartment; I visited it the day after it was published, I went back to visit it with an architect the next morning, I asked for plans, appraisals.... We agreed on a Friday afternoon that I would go to make a deposit on Monday, whether for a counter-offer or to keep the property.... He didn't give me a chance when half an hour before I was going to the office, he sends me a message to inform me that a gentleman is taking the apartment at the price it is marked at. No consideration or respect. I do not recommend him at all.
