Negative experience: They are scammers and bad people! They almost left a hardworking and humble family on the street who bought a house that had a large debt, which they made sure the owner would pay to my mother. They treated her like she was crazy for being distrustful, and in the end, my mother trusted them, which was a terrible mistake because that’s when the nightmare began. The owner left with the money, and my parents had to face that debt that wasn’t theirs, plus the mortgage, of course. The real estate agency washed their hands of the situation! I don’t know how to rate you; any curse word wouldn't be enough. I just hope no other family has to go through what my parents did; nothing more than 20 years of lawsuits and stories.

Negative experience: There should be a platform for those affected by this real estate company. I was robbed of €3000. They told me it was a deposit contract... and it wasn't. It was a reservation contract. The legal treatment is not the same. The apartment for which I paid €3000, I no longer wanted because it had CONDENSATION (which is cancerous), not dampness. I claimed it personally 15 days later. A lawyer went to talk to them, and in the face of their complete lack of interest, he sent a burofax, which they didn't even respond to. A conciliation hearing was requested in court, to which they of course did not attend. Everything I say is documented. The apartment has been sold, poor those who have bought it, and I am not getting my €3000 back. BE CAREFUL!!!!! with what you sign with these thieves.

Negative experience: I give one star because you can't give zero stars. They have managed the rental of an apartment terribly. They did not notify us when the tenants left the apartment, nor did they return keys or the garage remote. They have left unpaid bills from the tenants, the apartment was left dirty and damaged, and when we went to ask for explanations, they pretended to call the tenant, when in reality they never managed to contact them. A disaster.

Negative experience: This bunch are a f... disaster!!! A group of scammers!!!! I don't know how the other real estate agencies are, but do not make deals with this one!

Negative experience: We found an apartment they were renting and became interested in the property. We were the first to call, and they told us they would schedule an appointment as soon as they could. In the afternoon, not receiving a response, we called them back, and it turned out that the person who took our call hadn't reserved the appointment for us; each time we spoke to a different person. We managed to schedule an appointment, but they didn't tell us the full address to go to, so on the morning of the appointment, we called and were given the address. After all this disorganization, the time for the appointment arrived, and 5 minutes before, they called to cancel it, saying the person who attended to us couldn’t find our phone number. After expressing our frustration and poor feelings, we asked how such unprofessionalism was possible, and when we asked for the name of the real estate agency, they hung up the phone on us rudely. Summary: 0 organization, poor treatment by the staff towards the customer, no professionalism, and very little empathy and knowledge in providing real estate service.

Positive experience:

Negative experience: We contacted them about a parking space for rent, they showed it to us and we decided to take it. After a week of calling to see what was happening because they hadn't finalized the rental and given us the key, they contacted us saying that the owner supposedly wasn't being reached. They then contacted us via WhatsApp saying that the owner has decided not to rent it. Very little seriousness in this real estate agency. Make sure that what they advertise on their pages is true and do not waste people's time.

Negative experience: At first, it was very good, a very nice girl showed us an apartment, and a few days later I expressed interest but they didn't respond to the messages from the number they provided me. I called them, they answered me over the phone, they asked for the necessary documentation, and when I called them to send it, they told me they would speak to the owner. They called me back after a while, and it turns out they had already rented it out. The time they take to respond and the way they communicate among themselves seems terrible to me. Searching for an apartment is complex, and they don't facilitate the process. Therefore, I do not recommend them at all; what a shame.

Negative experience: The worst real estate agency in Palencia. We scheduled to see a property, I arrived at the agreed time and no one showed up. When I called, they informed me that the property was no longer available because it is now a residence.. and that they tried to call me but excused themselves by saying they wrote my phone number down incorrectly.. a shame!! After all this, there wasn't even an apology. I wouldn't waste my time with them since they don't even know what properties or homes they have available.

Negative experience: Be very careful with these people!! Especially with the owner, Purí. Unfortunately, they were intermediaries in the purchase of a property. I meet with them and the first thing they do is ask for money, a very high amount as a deposit, offering a deposit contract, but they hide a lien from which my bank informs me. From here, when you refuse to advance money until they resolve the lien, they treat you like a bad person for not yielding to their bad arts and end up telling the owner of the property, who I am buying from, that I am the untrustworthy one... I repeat, be very careful, they are true con artists.

Fantastic experience: Fui a ver un piso esta semana, y me atendió una chica muy agradable y paciente, de hecho vimos el piso y el garaje y luego volvimos al piso, y explicándome todo muy bien... Una pena que ya tengan inquilinos, pero me gustó el trato de la agente y como tengo previsto pasar el mes mirando pisos en Palencia, seguramente repita.

Negative experience: Experiencia malisima. Quedamos para ver un piso, llegan tarde, la propietaria y la comercial, nos enseña el piso, nos gusta y le decimos que a lo largo de la mañana le damos respuesta. Nos dice que nos da prioridad la propietaria, que ante cualquier otro visitante nos pone delante y en caso de algún nuevo interesado nos llama. Pasa una hora y media, le llamo a la inmobiliaria para darle el SI y me dice que la propietaria ha alquilado el piso justo en la siguiente visita a la mia. INCREIBLE. Mal por la propietaria, pero fatal por la comercial de la inmobiliaria por no avisarme en ningun momento y no decirle a la propietaria que nos había dado prioridad. Conclusión, a las dos partes les ha dado igual el cliente. Solo quieren dinero rapido, las personas dan igual. Doy una estrella porque no se puede dar - 999999 Malisimos

Negative experience: He ido a ver un piso y me hicieron 100 preguntas, si tenía ingresos, cuantas personas eramos, si en la pandemia yo seguia trabajando y etc. Me ha gustado del piso y la imobiliaria me dice que me llamarian, ok! A la hora me llaman y me dice que tenían una mala noticia para mi, que NO, porque NO quieren alquilar a AUTÓNOMOS, me quedé bloqueada y con muchs impotencia al escuchar esta barbaridad excusa, no se si era decisión de la casera o de la propia imobiliaria, lo que se, es que eso no se puede decir eso a la gente, porque duele mucho, soy autónoma de la Hosteleria y trabajo 15 horas al día y no es justo tener que escuchar algo así, en mi opinión es una DISCRIMINACIÓN AL GREMIO, Eso no debería quedar empuni.

Negative experience: Han sido los intermediarios en el alquiler de un piso, cuando hemos llegado al piso estaba todo sucio, la nevera no funcionaba. Cuando fuimos a ver el piso evidentemente no, nos pusimos a abrir los armarios y tampoco se veía tanta suciedad en el suelo. Hemos dedicado un día entero a limpiar, ellos no quieren saber nada ya han cobrado su comisión y nos dicen que no es responsabilidad suya. Nosotros creemos que sí lo es. A mi lo que me parece increíble es entregar un piso en esas condiciones y más en pleno periodo de COVID. No era justo cobrar todo el mes porque no llevan en el piso desde el día 1 Estoy profundamente decepcionada con vuestro servicio. Cuando una agencia cobra 300 euros por un servicio os teníais que haber ocupado que el piso estuviera en las mejores condiciones.

Negative experience: Después de un mes no sabíamos nada, a pesar de quedar a la espera de que nos llamaran Después de llamar y esperar otros 15 días x noticias, decidimos q no merecía la pena seguir esperando. A pesar de que el trato fue correcto, jamás se supo de ellos si no es porque nosotros pasamos a preguntar, y aún asi, ni eso. Creo q si eres joven no es tu inmobiliaria Edit: no se si los que dan largas son ellos o el dueño. Si sois vosotros sois escoria, si es el dueño sois escoria por no decirlo a las claras, y mientras hacer perder el tiempo al resto. Sois basura

Negative experience: Una comercial quedó conmigo para enseñarme una plaza se garaje. Le dije que estaba interesada en quedármela, que cómo lo hacíamos. Ella me dijo que tenía que ir a hacer una visita, que luego me llamaba. Fui a los pocos minutos a la oficina con el dinero para la fianza. Ya había vendido la plaza a otra persona que según ella estaba interesada antes que yo. Y PARA QUE ME ENSEÑA LA PLAZA Y SE COMPROMETE CONMIGO SI YA LA TENIA APALABRADA CON ALGUIEN PREVIAMENTE?? MUY POCO PROFESIONAL!!!!!

La atención pésima parece increíble que trabajen cara al público y que cobren según lo que vendan.Fuimos la primera vez a informarnos y nos fueron mandando de mesa a mesa.elegimos lo que queremos ver y nos dicen que no tienen el precio de ninguno de los que nos interesaba y que nos llaman en cuanto lo sepan y darnos cita para verlo.no nos llamo nadie y volvimos a ir nos hizo esperar xk la única que había estaba ocupada mirando el móvil y seguían sin la información y llamarían y hasta hoy 1 año +
