Negative experience: Beware of this real estate agency, they rented us an apartment infested with cockroaches, without telling us anything, forcing us to stay with the apartment because they refused to return our money the day after signing the contract. We asked them to please give us the money back, and they denied us, leaving us out in the cold, losing €1200 for no reason, and they are unpleasant. Be very careful because they deliver the apartments as is and don’t tell you the truth. A lack of empathy and understanding towards the client once they have the money in their hands, they don’t return it. Please, if anyone has gone through the same, report it to FACUA or OMIC. Fantastic experience: Alex is very good at his job and helped me buy a property from abroad, remotely. It was helpful that he can speak English as well as Spanish and worked well with the vendors, the notary and my solicitor. His after sales service was good too as he filled in the forms for water and electricity and answered any questions I had.
