Fantastic experience: The villa was lovely. The staff at apart-rent were so kind and helpful. Great communiication. When travelling to the villa we had trouble at the airport and we're running late. They called to ask if all was OK. When we arrived to pick up keys they were very friendly. The pool was a great bonus. Empuriabrava is a lovely town. We would be happy to rent from them again.

Negative experience: Apart rent est l’agence par excellence qui va vous arnaquer, c’est l’agence qui vous loue à prix d’or de l’impensable. Nous avons un appartement à empuria avec mille problèmes, clim hs robinet de douche au plafond, ballon d’eau chaude avec électricité apparente au dessus de la douche, plan de travail de la cuisine hs et très sale. Joints de plomberie hs. Frigo et congélateur puant. La deuxième chambre est un placard sans fenêtre… vue sur un boulevard bruyant au lieu de la mer… Piscine soit disant privée mais commune à la ville. Pas de parking… etc etc Une chose est sur ils ne remboursent rien. Ils gardent votre argent pour s’enrichir et vous vous trouvez coincé… Le pire c’est qu’ils ont eu et auront encore de mauvais commentaire et ne se remettent pas en question. Ils vont certainement me répondre par un message encore détourné comme ils font a chacun… Une chose est sur Mr Apart Rent, je garde tout en tête et tot ou tard tout se paye, et très cher, comme vous savez le faire.

Negative experience: Nous avons loué une villa la semaine du 14 juillet à empuriabrava référence « villa pani 0109 » Concernant l’accueil à l’Agence, rien à dire tout était parfait Malheureusement Nous ne pouvons pas en dire de même pour la Villa. Toutes les lattes autour de la piscine sont cassées et certaines complètement détachées . Nos enfants se sont coupés à deux reprises, et le pied de mon mari est passé à travers. L’agence n’est soi-disant pas au courant de l’etat Extérieur de la villa ( Photos et vidéos à l’appui) Des carreaux dans la piscine manquants, Avec des vis mal fixées pour tenir des planches en bois..! Un mobilier très Vétuste Des ressorts du matelas apparents , notre ami s’est d’ailleurs couper en faisant le lit. Des câbles électriques à porter de mains des enfants dans la cuisine Deux Chambres avec des problèmes d’humidité. Nous avons payé 4400€ , et trouvons cela, honteux vu l’état de la Villa…. Nous attendons depuis le 19 juillet un retour de l’agence avec au minimum un geste commercial De leur part (2000€ d honoraires d agence sur 4400€, facture à l appuie ) C’est la première fois Que nous rencontrons ce genre de problème en location!

Negative experience: Reservé un apartamento en la esquina, en la primera rotonda frente al supermercado. El alquiler fue de 3700 € y la fianza de 300 €. La fianza no me la devolvieron después de la entrega y nos dijeron que el motivo era el ruido, pero nunca nos dieron ninguna advertencia. Creo que esta es una forma de estafa profesional. Además de eso, la electricidad se cortaba cuando encendíamos el calentador de comida y la lavadora al mismo tiempo, y también se cortó el agua durante casi 6 horas. Fuimos a la oficina y nos dijeron que había una avería y que teníamos que esperar. En la entrada del edificio, por la noche, aparecían cucarachas de forma inquietante y hablamos con la oficina, pero no hicieron nada. Los empleados de la oficina nos trataron con muy mala actitud. Desde el año 2020 visito esta hermosa ciudad y nunca había recibido un trato tan malo.

Negative experience: Ich werde definitiv nicht mehr über diese Argentur ein Apartment buchen. Es fing alles so an, dass wir die ersten zwei Tage keinen Strom hatten, somit alle eingekauften Lebensmittel im Mülleimer landeten. Die Markise hatte ein Problem, welches in sofern behoben wurde, in dem ein Elektriker 1,5h lang alle Kabel in den Wänden durchsuchte und die Markise einfach vom Stromkreis trennte. Man bedenke, dass wir im Urlaub sind und nicht den ganzen Vormittag im Apartment warten wollen, bis die Argentur die Mängel Ihrer Apartments behebt. Der Markise wurde nicht repariert, somit konnten wir die kommenden 10 Tage keine Markise geschweige denn den Balkon bei der Hitze nutzen. Hinzu kam, dass niemand von der Argentur erreichbar war und man uns bei der Anreise mitteilte, wir können uns immer melden und bekommen Hilfe. Am fünften Tag entdeckten wir einen Sprung in der Balkontür, welchen wir sofort meldeten. Woher der Sprung kam, können wir uns nicht erklären. Aber natürlich waren wir die Schuldigen in den Augen der Argentur, auch wenn die keine handfesten Beweise hatten. Man vermutet, dass wir mit "Gewalt" die Balkontür zugeschoben hatten und so das Glas sprang. Jedenfalls kam jemand in die Wohnung als wir nicht da waren (tatsächlich in Absprache mit uns) und hat einfach Klebeband auf die Scheibe geklebt, was sehr professionell aussah(Ironie) Am Tag der Abreise bekamen wir keinerlei Auskunft, wie das mit der Rückzahlung der Kaution abläuft geschweige denn hat niemand gefragt, ob der Aufenthalt soweit in Ordnung war. Nun sind wir wieder zwei Wochen zu Hause und ich habe noch immer keine Kaution zurück bekommen. Habe auf verschiedene Weisen die Argentur kontaktiert und bekam keine Antwort. Plötzlich dann die Rückmeldung, die Kaution würde einbehalten werden, da die Balkontür einen Sprung hatte und das Geld für die Reparatur benutzt werden würde. Es gab keinerlei Vorabinformation, dass überhaupt jemand einen Kostenvoranschlag gemacht hat oder was die Reparatur kosten könnte. Die komplette Summe wird einfach, mehr als selbstverständlich, einbehalten. Ich habe nun eine Rechnung/Kostenaufstellung verlangt und bin gespannt, was da drauf stehen wird. In Deutschland würde man niemals so mit den Kunden umgehen und deren Geld einfach kommentarlos einbehalten. Das ist ein ganz großes Unding. Wenn ich nur dran denke, dass ich den vollen Preis für das Apartment bezahlt habe, die definitiv Mängel aufwies, werd ich echt wütend. Ich habe draus gelernt, ich werde hier nicht mehr buchen und rate jedem, die Apartments vorher zu "kontrollieren".

Fantastic experience: Das kleine Häuschen mit Pool war echt super. Eine sehr freundliche deutsch sprechende Frau hat uns entfangen als wir die Schlüssel abgeholt haben. Also wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden.

Negative experience: The agency has a storefront in Ampuriabrava. That's why I chose it. I have known Ampuriabrava for a long time. This agency is ideally located and seems serious with nice premises; the booking went smoothly. So far, so good... and then there’s the check-in. Very kind employees, some of whom speak French. I am given the keys and then am called a few minutes later to be told that the apartment might not be cleaned after all... I have to wait for a phone call that never comes. At 8 PM, I decide to enter an apartment where it is 35 degrees. Everything was closed, no hot water (water heater turned off), a shutter in one of the bedrooms stuck at the top, a blind window in the bathroom that almost fell on my son... and I will let you see the photos to assess the cleanliness. For me, it doesn’t matter if there’s a roll of toilet paper upon my arrival... I don't pay attention to details... Finally, we opened everything and did not spend the first night in the apartment; we will return there the next morning. I am asked to send an email for a complaint, which will remain unanswered for weeks. No explanation, no apology. After numerous calls, I am sent an email 2 months later with an attachment for a complaint...??? The agency manager will never take 2 minutes, not even to at least offer me an apology for this chaotic arrival... the silence... and the disrespect of not even responding. I still can't believe it...

Negative experience: We booked through Holidu, unfortunately, the house 0079-Alberes 184B in Empuriabrava was managed by Apart-Rent. We have rented houses several times before, so I would like to assume I know what to expect for my money! But for this rundown house, it was definitely too expensive. When we arrived at the house, we found a house and property that were not really cleaned. Several dog feces in the garden. The yard and garden full of weeds. On the terrace, cushions for loungers and chairs were scattered everywhere. Upon opening the front door, we realized that it only stayed shut when locked and did not stay in the lock. Inside, we found documents and brochures strewn across the dining table from previous tenants. The sliding doors in the kitchen tilted when sliding them into the cabinet. We first cleaned or rinsed all the crockery and cutlery, including the drawer inserts. We found plenty of crumbs in the kitchen and dining area, IN SHORT,... it was NOT CLEAN. I could go on. I complained and were offered to have the cleaning team come by and the technician. We declined the cleaning, as we had gotten cleaning supplies and wanted to do it ourselves. The technician did not come, only the gardener who removed the feces and weeds. The pool man came 2 times, the pool was maintained. The house was in a dilapidated state!!!! On the Friday before our departure, the pool man told us that the house was going to be completely renovated after our stay, as it has so many faults and defects. We confronted Apart-Rent with several emails about the issues and THEY simply turned the tables and accused us of leaving the house as we found it. NO MORE HOLIDAYS THROUGH APART-RENT. I was about to activate my legal insurance, but then a health issue arose that made it seem not so important anymore. But at least I want to warn others about the dealings of this management.

Negative experience: This year was the second time we rented an apartment from Apat-rent. The rental property was good, only that: According to the contract, the deposit is to be refunded within 6 days. Last year, we already had to request the return of the deposit after 2-3 weeks. This year, even worse, after 2 months and X emails/calls, the deposit has still not been refunded. Last week saw the absolute cheek, a bill arrived for a table leg that we allegedly broke and was supposedly seen by the cleaner during the cleaning. Only the bill from the 'artisan' is dated 3 days BEFORE our departure. Pure extortion!

Negative experience: Fraudulent agency. They claim false repairs with fictitious invoices and hold the deposit for weeks. Empuriabrava is beautiful, but avoid this agency.

Negative experience: We booked through Holidu. We had to wait for hours until we could get the keys. The previous guests broke the window on the 8th floor. With kids and a dog, it was an absolute disaster. The window was simply taped with regular tape only on the cracks. Due to the heat and wind, it cracked even more. We were offered more fans when we brought it up. Since we couldn't open the window, it was like an incubator. So much money paid and not even a small compensation offered is outrageous. Besides, it was booked for the view. We always had to pull the curtain in case the window burst so we wouldn't get shards in our face or something similar.

Check out apartment 0148, perfect, 200m to the natural beach, you can park directly on the beach 30m, incredible view. Again about the apartment, 2 bedrooms, elevator, parking space, balcony and the highlight, a rooftop terrace with views of nature and the bay of Rossas. Surely if we return to Empuriabrava we will book with this agency, maybe in the same apartment if it is available.

Negative experience: We booked a house through Booking with this agency. What a dump, the pictures no longer correspond to reality. Although we could enter the house early, the pool was totally filthy. We waited, but no one came to fix it. We had to go to the agency and complain. In the evening it was cleaned and then unusable for another day. Finally, it turned out that the pool ladder was broken anyway and posed a safety risk. We complained about that again. A day later, someone came and completely disassembled the ladder because it needed to be replaced. This was done on the last night of our vacation, too late for us and having paid a lot of money. Other issues: water was leaking from the air conditioner on the second floor, the stove and oven could not be used together, overall a poor condition and broken furniture. And no compensation after this horror. An outrage. All issues were mentioned and not addressed. We have initiated legal action.

Negative experience: 0/5 I rented the Dunes apartment for €625 for 3 nights. Upon arrival, the apartment was dirty, and it had nothing to do with the pictures. They charged an extra €15 for sheets per person. The mosquitoes plagued us and we had a bad time. The oven was completely dirty, we cleaned it, the fridge was dirty, and the balcony was dirty. The apartment is a 1-hour walk from the beach, and the check-in and check-out are very close to the beach, so there's quite a stretch to walk. On the positive side, I would say it has good views and not much else. It doesn't have Wi-Fi. They ask for a €250 deposit, and today I hope they return it to me, as we left the apartment cleaner than how we found it. By the way, it's on the second floor without an elevator.

Positive experience: Wij hebben prima ervaringen met Apart-rent. Afgelopen maand ad hoc (2 dagen van te voren) 2 weken Bahia 21 gereserveerd. Bij aankomst kantoor Apart-rent bleek alles keurig contractueel etc. geregeld te zijn. Afgerekend, sleutels in ontvangst genomen en kwartiertje later stonden we weer buiten en konden we ons appartement betrekken. Fijn appartement met mooi uitzicht op de boulevard, strand en zee. Appartement is betrekkelijk eenvoudig, maar doeltreffend ingericht, voldoende complete keuken en bezit ook een goed werkende airco. Kortom wij vinden dit echt een aanrader, met een prima prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Wij komen in de toekomst zeker een keer terug.

Negative experience: Klachten over gehuurde accomodatie. Weinig comfort. Airco, wasmachine werkten niet. Tijdens verblijf veel techniekers die langskwamen. Nadien onterecht waarborg niet teruggegeven !!! En na vele pogingen geen respons gekregen. Niet tevreden over Apart-Rent.

Negative experience: El apartamento en la calle Pení estaba bastante bien. Aunque la limpieza a la entrada dejó mucho que desear... tuvimos que hacer venir de nuevo la brigada de limpieza, aun así, tuvimos que limpiar nosotros también de nuevo después, ya que limpian muy por encima... creo que con lo que que estamos pasando de la pandemia COVID, la limpieza es un factor fundamental y el apartamento no estaba para nada en las condiciones idóneas. Por otro lado, me parece bastante surrealista que después de lo que nos costo el alojamiento, nos hagan pagar a parte por las toallas y las sabanas... por lo demás, bien.

Positive experience: La gestión por parte de la empresa INTERMEDIARIA ha sido buena, nos han tratado cordial y hospitalariamente. Han atendido amablemente nuestras dudas y sugerencias y la relación comercial ha sido correcta y eficaz. Respecto del alojamiento, sin embargo, tengo que decir que no ha cumplido las expectativas. Si bien el precio es bueno, en un apartamento para 8 personas, no lo recomiendaría en absoluto. Evito poner la dirección exacta, aunque por las fotos pueden sacar las debidas conclusiones. El apartamento es antiguo, los colchones son muy incómodos, y la limpieza es algo deficiente. No hay ropa de cama ni toallas, ya que se paga aparte bajo petición. No hay ni un pequeño rollo de papel higiénico en el servicio. Enchufes antiguos. Sistema de cocina y agua caliente con gas butano, pero de instalación antigua y seguridad algo dudosa. La localización del alojamiento es normal, el aparcamiento es algo dificil, aunque bien es cierto que nuestra estancia ha sido en agosto. En definitiva, volveremos a contar con esta empresa pero no en este apartamento.

Negative experience: Vorig jaar tevreden. Dit jaar niet. Comfort : te weinig borden, glazen enz...opkuis ronduit slecht ,spijtig want ligging en deco mooi . Airco vies, matrassen niet aan te raden met slechte rug, strijkijzer vies, koelkast sloot slecht enz...kampingbedje voor 5e als 'extra bed'..niet voor herhaling vatbaar!!!

Negative experience: Une location scandaleuse ! Nous avons loué 1 semaine fin août par le biais de Booking.com un appartement pour 5/6 personnes pour lequel nous avions 2 exigences : la climatisation et la piscine. A notre arrivée, quelle déception lorsque nous nous sommes rendus compte qu'il n'y avait pas de clim ! De plus, malgré les exigences dues au Covid-19, l'appartement était très sale et le ménage n'avait pas été fait avant notre arrivée ! Il y avait des milliers de tâches de gras sur la terrasse, le compartiment congélateur du frigo rempli de saletés, les bacs à glaçons dégueulasses, le sol idem, etc... Voir les photos !!! Il n'y a pas de store dans les chambres. En plus la chambre des enfants (minuscule chambre avec 2 lits quasiment collés entre eux tellement elle est petite) donne sur les parties communes éclairées toute la nuit par d'énormes projecteurs qui sont allumés en permanence ! Autant dire que le pauvre rideau en tissus qui est placé devant le hublot de la chambre laisse passer la lumière comme si on était en plein jour ! Bref, impossible de dormir dans ces conditions ! Comme nous n'avions pas de climatisation dans l'appartement, la nuit il y faisait 38° ! Si on ouvrait les fenêtres, impossible de fermer l'oeil avant 3h30 du matin car on entendait les voisins qui jouaient aux cartes jusque tard dans la nuit !!! Nous avons signalé tous ces problèmes à l'agence et après de très très longues négociations ils nous ont envoyés dans un appartement à Empuria Brava alors que nous avions loué à Rosas. Mais seulement à partir du lundi midi ! Nous sommes arrivés samedi après-midi, nous avions déjà perdus 2 jours de vacances sans avoir pu dormir et sans parler des déménagements qui ont pris beaucoup de temps, plus le temps perdu à récupérer les clés du nouvel appartement qui était impossible à trouver à partir de leurs cartes/plans qui n'en sont pas... Nous trouvons enfin l'appartement le lundi vers 14h30 ! Ouf ! Nous espérons enfin profiter de nos vacances ou plutôt de ce qu'il en reste ! Mais à notre arrivée, nous trouvons un appart DÉGUEULASSE dans lequel nous avons dû à nouveau faire le ménage !!! Voir les photos ! Mais la galère n'était malheureusement pas terminée puisque lorsque j'ai voulu dormir sur le canapé du salon, je me suis rendue compte qu'il ne s'agissait pas d'un lit mais d'un canapé cassé, donc impossible d'y dormir dedans car une grosse barre en fer traversait le dos ! A nouveau le lendemain j'ai recontacté l'agence pour les supplier de me prêter un matelas pour que je puisse au moins dormir par terre ! Il a fallu 5 appels à les prier de venir constater l'état de ce soi-disant canapé lit !!! Après les avoir menacés de débarquer à l'agence pour rendre les clés et demander le remboursement de la location pour qu'on puisse rentrer chez nous sur le champs tellement nous étions au bord de la crise de nerfs, ils nous ont enfin envoyé le service de maintenance qui a bien constaté que le canapé lit était INUTILISABLE !!! Ils m'ont amené un lit de camp dont le matelas puait le moisi et le renfermé ! Bref, la première nuit à peu près correcte malgré l'odeur du matelas : la nuit du mardi à mercredi, mais malheureusement il ne restait plus que 3 jours de vacances ! Aucun dédommagement, ni aucune excuse de la part de l'agence pour le CAUCHEMAR que nous avons vécu ! Heu... comment dire ??? Agence à fuir ! Ce sont les pires vacances de notre vie ! Pourtant cela fait 17 ans que nous venons en vacances à cet endroit. Mais d'habitude nous louons par le biais de l'agence Finca Genoves avec qui nous n'avons jamais eu de problème ! Cette année le départ s'est fait avec une amie et c'est elle qui a choisi "ce système" de location. Erreur à ne jamais reproduire, je continueriai de louer par le biais de Finca Genoves, agence beaucoup plus sérieuse ! Kim sest toujours très bien occupée de nous... Je voulais mettre toutes les photos prouvant le cauchemar que nous avons vécu, mais impossible !!! BIZARRE !!!!

Fantastic experience: Magnífico apartamento en el centro de Roses. Buena ubicación, todo nuevo, muy bien equipado y muy limpio. El trato ha sido extraordinario con todo tipo de facilidades y muy buena relación calidad-precio. 100% Recomendable!

Equipamiento completísimo, buena oferta gastronómica y de actividades alrededor, y sobretodo un cuidado riguroso de las medidas sanitarias e higiénicas. Un acierto de destino en un verano un tanto diferente. Repetiremos seguro.

Fantastic experience: Contactamos con Josep Maria para la compra de un piso procedente de entidad financiera. Tratar con un banco siempre es complicado y Josep Naria hizo que lo dificil pareciera facil. Aporto siempre soluciones a todo lo que la immobiliària del banco iba solicitando y a pesar de las dificultades con confinamiento Covid de por medio, siempre hemos podido contactar facilmente para todas las gestiones y cerramos una muy buena operacion. Muy profesionales y absolutamente recomendables.

Fantastic experience: Teníamos un apartamento para vender en apartamentos Gran Reserva y después de mirar algunas inmobiliarias nos decidimos por Apart Rent, por suerte hicimos una gran elección. El gerente (Josep Maria) es un profesional como la copa de un pino. Nos ha tratado de fábula dándonos toda la información y todas las facilidades. El apartamento necesitaba un arreglo y él se ha ocupado de todo ya que nosotros somos de Barcelona. Sin duda lo califico con un 10. Sobresaliente. Cuando hemos llamado a la oficina por alguna cuestión las chicas que te atienden al teléfono también un trato exquisito y sin un fallo. Positive experience: Depuis plus de 15 ans je passe chez eux, les gens sont gentils, des fois dans la location le ménage pas bien fait, la seule chose que je peux reprocher ils prennent une caution mais il ne fait pas l'état des lieux avec vous, donc quand vous dites qu'il reste du caca dans les wc , ils voient pas , mais si vous avez un problème ou vous manque des choses dans la location, toute suite il font le nécessaire, et pour la caution il redonne à la fin des vacances

Negative experience: Wir waren im Juli 2019 in Empuriabrava. Die Unterkunft war nur mäßig gereinigt und wir hatten Kakerlaken als Gäste .Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht richtig und es lief Wasser aus sie heraus. Zum Schluss kam dann die Krönung: Wir verließen das Apartment ordentlich und besenrein ,trotzdem wartete man bis wir wieder in der Heimat waren und zog uns rotzfrech über 50 Euro für angebliche grobe Verschmutzung von der Kaution ab. Absolute Frechheit,gegen die wir auch anwaltlich vorgehen werden !
