Fantastic experience: Compramos una casa por mediación de esta inmobiliaria y todo perfecto. Gracias en especial a Jennifer que desde el minuto uno nos aconsejó y asesoró como si fuese para ella y estuvo pendiente en todo momento. Un encanto de chica, con gente así da gusto.

Negative experience: It was a waste of time to go from Valladolid to Palencia, the ad did not match the description posted on Idealista. It stated that the house had a bedroom downstairs, but it didn’t. It did not indicate that pets were not accepted. This was a disadvantage for us since we have.... (supposedly for not discriminating, the person who showed us the house told us, but in the end, if they don't accept animals, it's discrimination anyway). Lack of professionalism. If we had known, we wouldn't have gone there.

Negative experience: If you want to be deceived and feel scammed, this is the best place to buy a house. A picture is worth a thousand words; buy off-plan and deliver as they please.

You call them, and they do not answer you. It seems to me a shame of a real estate agency with zero professionalism. However, from minute one, Hispogar (another real estate agency in Palencia) has been attentive to us, helping us with everything, which is something I got zero help from you. I do not recommend it at all.

Negative experience: Personally bad. I had arranged with them on Monday to see a rental apartment for about €400. We exchanged messages repeatedly, and on Saturday (two days before the visit), they sent me a message saying that the apartment was already taken. Just like that. And my reservation... what? They didn't offer me alternatives for apartments, nothing. Very abrupt, very poor overall. Not advisable.

Llame preguntando por un piso, me dieron cita para visitarlo y al día siguiente me llamaron para decirme que lo habian alquilado esa mañana. ( si había alguien pendiente que menos que avisarme y decirme que antes de mi, había alguien interesado ) Poco después veo otro piso, llamo diciendo que quiero alquilarlo ya, me toman los datos y me dicen que no esta alquilado pero que tienen que hablar con el propietario, que al dia siguiente me llaman. Pasa una semana y no recibo ninguna noticia. Llamo yo pasada una semana, no se acuerda ni de mi la chica y cuando la pregunto por el piso me dicen que al dia siguiente de llamar yo lo alquilaron. Son unos impresentables y su profesionalidad brilla por su ausencia. Dudo que vuelva a llamar para alquilar nada.

Negative experience: Quedan con un cliente para visitar una plaza de garaje y ni se dignan en aparecer, despues de llamarles, vuelven a quesar con ella yba dia de hoy aun sigue esperando la llamada. Si esas son las ganas de trabajar asi les va a lucir el pelo

Negative experience: Impresentables a más no poder más de tres semanas para intentarles alquilar una plaza de garaje de difícil acceso como no gana en el dinero que tienen que ganar por comisiones no se han hecho cargo de absolutamente nada me han hecho dar vueltas marearme como un tonto sin ningún sentido incluso me han dicho que meta el coche en la plaza de garaje sin ni siquiera haber llamado al dueño increíble pasad de esta inmobiliaria iros a otra que seguramente os atienda muchísimo mejor.

Desde luego la mejor inmobiliaria de Palencia en formalidad, dedicación y seriedad es HISPOGAR. Hay otra inmobiliaria De la Rúa que también es muy formal y cumplidora. Si acuden a ella, allí está Julio la persona más honesta e integra que se puede uno encontrar.
