Negative experience: Nuestra experiencia con esta inmobiliaria ha sido muy negativa. Se trataba de un traspaso de negocio y desde el principio notamos una gran falta de comunicación entre ellos: cada vez que llamábamos nos daban información diferente, y cuando venían gente interesada en ver el local, en lugar de facilitar la operación, les decían cosas que desanimaban y hacían que no quisieran seguir adelante. Al reclamar esta situación, en lugar de ofrecernos soluciones, se pusieron a la defensiva y con muy malas formas. Además, se limitaban a echarse la culpa unos a otros y a darnos explicaciones contradictorias. Nos sentimos engañados en varias ocasiones por la información que nos daban. Y, por último, la gestión de Daniel (supuestamente el responsable) fue la más decepcionante: parecía no estar al tanto de nada y hablar con él resultaba inútil, como hacerlo con una pared que ni escucha ni aporta soluciones. En definitiva, una experiencia frustrante, poco profesional y nada recomendable.

I went to the office to find out what had happened and the lady tells me that her boss would get in touch. That same afternoon, the same woman calls me to say that the apartment was already taken. The next day a friend called to ask about the apartment and it turns out it is still available and they are showing it. If a profile doesn't fit, there's nothing to lose by being honest because it wastes time. Don't even think about using the services of this real estate agency, which is a total disgrace.

Negative experience: WATCH OUT FOR THIS REAL ESTATE AGENCY!! I have been trying to rent an apartment through them for over a month since I saw it. When I first expressed interest, Daniel Blanco, who is the head of the agency, contacted me to tell me the rental conditions. He said there were many interested in the apartment, and if I wanted it, it was better to go to the agency and pay a month as a deposit, which would NOT go as either a SECURITY DEPOSIT or GUARANTEE and that I would not get back, i.e., a MONTH OF FEES. He also told me that it had to be in cash. Know that this payment MUST BE MADE BY THE LANDLORD, according to the Housing Law of May 23, 2023. Even after informing him, he told me that then they would not rent it to me. A month later, I received a message from IDEALISTA saying that new photos had been uploaded of the apartment I was interested in, meaning it was still available (there weren’t as many interested as Daniel said. It was rather a way to pressure me into making the cash payment I mentioned). Well, I called them again expressing my interest in the property, and the price had gone down (Daniel told me it wasn't possible to lower it). So, once again, Daniel contacted me two days ago to say that the conditions had not changed. When I told him that charging the FEES to the tenant was illegal, he basically didn't care. This time I mentioned that I was recording the conversation as proof for the complaint I want to file against this agency for engaging in ILLEGAL practices, and his response was to call me a HUNGRY B, he said I was a B and other adjectives I won't mention... He claims they have over 30 years of 'PROFESSIONALISM,' to which I replied NO, it was HIS FATHER MARIANO (may he rest in peace) who was the PROFESSIONAL. He, Daniel, lacked the decency for trying to scam tenants by making them pay in cash without a receipt for a monthly payment that absolutely does not belong to the tenant. To this day the apartment is still available but they won't rent it to me. AMAZING!! Spread the word about this agency because they are trying to scam future tenants. This case is in the hands of a lawyer because I do not intend to leave things like this. WATCH OUT FOR THIS DANIEL BLANCO, head of the AGENCY. Don’t let yourselves be scammed!!
