Fantastic experience: I started by selling my house through several different agencies, and the truth is that I felt they weren’t very interested in selling. One day, María called me and said that they were different... I didn’t pay much attention to her, but the truth is that from the very first moment she gave me very professional arguments, so after much insisting, I agreed to meet with her. Negative experience: Pésima, cuando dejas una vivienda nos hacen una liquidación de contrato descontando 325€ por no hacer seis meses en la vivienda según ellos, estando desde el 28 de Enero de 2022 hasta 31 de octubre de 2022, (9 meses)..y dicen que no se aviso con un mes de antelación cuando es mentira, asique nada nos veremos en los juzgados de Plaza Castilla, luego nos descuentan 450€ por 16 agujeros de los cuadros que hemos puesto Definitiva, unos ladrones cuidado con Maria tiene muy buenas palabras como Canaria que es Una buena lagarta

Negative experience: Muy poca profesionalidad y muy mal trato recibido por parte del gerente Alejandro, un tipo de venta muy agresivo en el que no te facilitan nada las cosas.

Negative experience: Me parecen unos impresentables y malos profesionales. Les escribes tropecientos mails, que nunca contestan. Les llamas y te dice un maleducado que ese trabajo lo lleva su compañera, y en lugar de llamarte ellos, como servicio inmobiliario que son y cobran, te piden que la llames tú. Además de no coger el teléfono, te contestan al whatsapp diciendo que ya hay otra persona interesada...cuando quizás debiera ser el propietario el que elija entre varios posibles perfiles de inquilinos. Queda en confirmarte si ya el piso está alquilado a una hora, tras insistir...y no sabes nada más de ellos. PROPIETARIOS!: están perdiendo su dinero en un servicio inmobiliario donde no hacen el más mínimo esfuerzo por alquilar su vivienda!!. Muy mal servicio de atención. Por lo que veo en otras reseñas, solo hacen un buen trabajo con las ventas; los alquileres debe de ser que no les compensa porque el trato.es nefasto.

Negative experience: La comercial me ha tenido un mes esperando y se ha comprometido conmigo en varias ocasiones en avisarme cuando pudiese visitar una vivienda. Cansada ,de esperar me pongo en contacto nuevamente con ella y me dice que finalmente no se vende. Un mes esperando llevo a que me dé la información!!!!

Negative experience: Vimos un piso en aluche y entregamos la documentación una semana para saber datos del seguro y aun no sabemos nadas, para dar respuesta son bastante lentos. Estoy ya viviendo en otra vivienda y aun ni han respondido a esa solicitud.

Negative experience: Demasiadas MENTIRAS por parte de la comercial. Extremadamente poco profesionales. Por otra parte, el día anterior a la firma del contrato de arras, me mandaron el borrador definitivo del contrato, indicándome que efectivamente ERA EL DEFINITIVO, y el día de la firma, al leerlo el contrato que habían imprimido y querían que firmase a la carrera, me di cuenta que me habían cambiado clausulas ya negociadas, sin haberme avisado. OJO CON ELLOS. Tened cuidado si no os queréis llevar una sorpresa negativa. EVITAD ESTA INMOBILIARIA SI NO QUEREIS PROBLEMAS.
