Negative experience: No contestan al telefono, ni a los mensajes de idealista.. de que sirve q tengan una immobiliaria sino hacen ni la gestión minima..

Negative experience: Llamé a la tal VICTORIA por un piso de alquiler q habian publicado en idealista y le pedi una visita, dijo q había q enviar toda la documencion por email antes para poder hacer la visita, en un par de minutos le envié todo por email y simplemente volvi a llamar para avisar q lo había enviado, al momento q le iba decir me colgó en la cara sin decir ni una sola palabra. Educación y amabilidad 0, muy lamentable

Negative experience: Muy buenas a todos, queridos internautas. Hemos vivido una experiencia muy desagradable recientemente con Victoria. Fuimos el viernes a su oficina porque vimos por la página web de la inmobiliaria un piso que estaba en venta que nos gustaba mucho, y nos concertó cita para hoy para ir a visitarlo. Llegamos puntuales a la zona de encuentro y la buena señora no está, esperamos 10 minutos y como no había señales de vida llamo al fijo de la oficina. Resulta que, según ella, no había apuntado nada y no existía ninguna visita con nosotros (cuando delante de nuestras caras se lo apuntó todo mediante la aplicación), dejándonos tirados habiendo perdido tiempo y sin ni siquiera tener la oportunidad para verlo. Luego reconoció que sí lo había apuntado pero que no le aparecía y que ya no podía hacer nada, todo maravilloso. Para colmo, me dice también que el sábado ya lo habían reservado, pero a la vez me dice que no es seguro todavía. ¿En qué quedamos? ¿Está reservado o simplemente hay una persona interesada? Incronguencias a más no poder. A parte, el anuncio del piso sigue vigente y no indica para nada que esté reservado, por lo tanto lo que me ha dicho esta mujer es totalmente falso. En fin, no queremos saber nada más de esta inmobiliaria, son unos IMPRESENTABLES y para nada profesionales. La peor inmobiliaria de Tordera con muchísima diferencia aunque no hace falta ni que lo diga, las numerosas reseñas negativas que tienen hablan por sí solas. Dicho esto, gracias a todos los que hayáis leído el textazo, y a los que no, también.

Negative experience: Un complert desastre. Ara que he canviat de inmobiliària, em dóno compte de lo malament que ho van fer ells. Quan vaig llogar el meu pis, no van fer el canvi de nom dels suministres i vaig trigar moltíssim a trobar uns llogaters. MOlt de "para-bien" però gens professionals en el fons.

Fantastic experience: They found me a very nice apartment in Tordera, sunny, in a quiet area, with wonderful neighbors, and then I needed parking and they quickly found me one close to where I live, and also spacious where I can keep my car and motorcycle, two for one. I have been with them for 2 years and honestly, both Joan and Victoria are very good people, kind, respectful, and very friendly. All the formalities are transparent. I am really delighted with them and their service, alongside their human quality and professionalism. Tordera is a very beautiful town with good people. If you want to live in peace and tranquility, this is a good place, and DintreCasa will help you find a good home. I recommend it.

Negative experience: OUTRAGED NO....THE NEXT FOR THE CASE OF A COLLEAGUE WITH THIS REAL ESTATE AGENCY. THIS COLLEAGUE ASKS ME FOR HELP BECAUSE SHE FEELS CHEATED AND DECEIVED. JUST BECAUSE SHE IS A SINGLE WOMAN DOES NOT MEAN YOU CAN LAUGH AT HER JUST BECAUSE SHE IS A WOMAN. THAT ENDED SINCE FRANCO'S TIME.. THANK GOODNESS THEY HAVE MADE MANY MISTAKES IN THE CONTRACT SINCE THERE IS NO HABITABILITY CERTIFICATE

Negative experience: I do not recommend them, they wash their hands, they rent and sell apartments from builders who do not comply with pipe regulations and are uninhabitable. The apartment they rented to me is uninhabitable, among many things it floods, it's full of mold, pipes are missing, the downpipe from the patio is missing a pipe, that's enough to not rent the apartment. City officials, builders, real estate agents, and Miss Victoria tells me: 'I don't understand pipes' but she doesn't know the regulations for habitable housing being a real estate agency, right? I do know, beautiful, but if they cut the downpipe on the third floor it cascades down to my wall, the walls are puncturing on their own. Since they built the block, it's been leaking water and they keep renting... sick people like me almost dying in this dump. I am going to make a lot of noise on social media, a lot! DO NOT RENT OR BUY FROM THIS REAL ESTATE AGENCY AND DO NOT BUY OR RENT APARTMENTS FROM BROTHERS WHO BUILT IN TORDERA, they have thousands of civil lawsuits, one spends more time outside Spain than in Spain. This real estate agency works hand in hand with this brother who spends more months outside Spain than in Spain, my landlord.

Negative experience: Una gestión pésima y poco transparente. Resulta q ha día de hoy todavía estamos esperando respuesta por parte de Joan sobre una pregunta bien sencilla a los propietarios... Si aceptan mascotas. Nos enseña la casa y resulta q ya tenía una reserva de 1000€ por la misma de otra clienta q es quien actualmente vive ahí. Muy mal Joan, no alquilamos unos zapatos... Alquilamos una casa y hay una familia por medio. Gracias por tu pésima gestión.
