Negative experience: Estuve alquilando con esta inmobiliaria durante años y al realizar los trámites para dejar el piso, no hicieron el cambio de nombre de suministros y estado 6 meses pagando las facturas de agua y luz. No saben hacer su trabajo y te mienten diciendo que el trámite está realizado, son incompetentes.

Negative experience: Una gestión nefasta, tanto para alquilar como para darnos de baja, llevo más de 5 meses de haberme ido de un piso, y aún no hacen los cambios de nombre de los servicios, para darnos de alta la misma historia, el comercial Jordi no responde. El piso tenía desperfectos y también un año arreglando, la caldera estaba mala y me salian facturas del gas de 700€ no decían nada y tampoco mandaban a nadie a revisarla. No lo recomiendo no OS metais con esta gente

Los recomendaría sin duda, Mireia ha hecho que un proceso que asusta y que, por lo menos para nosotros, era totalmente nuevo fuera muy sencillo. Nos sentimos muy acompañados, resolvió todas nuestras dudas, siempre muy atenta y muy fácil comunicarse con ella. Todo ha salido muy bien así que no podríamos estar más agradecidos.

Negative experience: I rented a parking space and one day I went to get the car and there was a note that said: 'please do not park, SPACE OCCUPIED.' Upon seeing this, we left a note explaining that we had rented it and that they should call us. The guy who HAD PURCHASED THE SPACE IN FEBRUARY called us and said they were renting it out again. If it slips by, it slips by, right? Disappointing treatment and not only that, I called yesterday to terminate the contract and when I went to sign the cancellation, they told me that they had already charged me the full receipt. What kind of agency is this?

Fantastic experience: Excellent support and management from Jordi and Mireia. From the moment I contacted them to buy an apartment, everything was very easy and quick. They found what suited my needs in terms of space, location, and budget, and they efficiently handled all the bureaucracy. Today I am already in this apartment and I have only words of gratitude.

Positive experience: We are Ana and Nacho. We rented an apartment more than 3 years ago and we left it yesterday due to moving to a new place. The treatment during both the rental process with Mrs. Dolors, who was super attentive and resourceful, and when leaving, where we were assisted by both Jordi and Mireia, was very pleasant. They have always been very kind in everything, and they solved absolutely all the problems we had during these 3 years we spent in the apartment. The only downside is that the new place we chose is not managed by them, because I would have liked to continue with them, and I do not rule out contacting them again if we decide to move someday. Totally recommendable!!!!!!

Negative experience: Regrettable management by Jordi Frauca, not recommended at all. Threatening tone at first, then he doesn’t answer the phone, they are completely unconcerned about the part that rents the apartment, they only care about the owners. There are many agencies, go to others. When you comply with all the law as a tenant, and they don’t even respond to you. I have been renting apartments for over 20 years. Never again with this real estate agency.

Fantastic experience: My mother rented from them 7 or 8 years ago and now I have rented. The service is super friendly, always willing to help and make things easy. Jordi, the salesperson, has had great communication with my mother and me, adapting to both of us at all times.

Negative experience: They have very little shame and are very unprofessional, I do not recommend them for renting because they rent apartments that are not in health conditions, with humidity and damages, and then to change the name of the supplies when I left the apartment it takes a month and a half to do so. When they send me the electricity bill a month after I left and I claim it, they refuse to pay me according to them due to a lack of invoice, when Mr. Jordi has all the invoice details in his email. Enough of deceiving people.

Negative experience: UNACCEPTABLE!!! I called at the beginning of August to inquire about a parking space, they told me that the girl in charge would arrive on August 22.... I called on the 24th and a guy told me that he would call me the next day to see it, he didn’t call me and after 5 days I called again and that guy was busy, I left my phone number for him to call me and not only did he not call me but when I called a few days later they told me that the parking was occupied since yesterday...... UNACCEPTABLE is an understatement for the names they deserve!!!!!

Negative experience: Al principio muy bien, perfecto. Pero cuando compras pasan de ti, te arreglan los desperfectos que a ellos les interesan y los que no te los dejan ahí. No contestan a los correos. Incluso 8 años después la gente está esperando a que le arreglen las humedades!!!
