Negative experience: Dolenta, no contestan els mals, les coses més simples no és solucionen. I crec que no fan bon assessorament.

Éste es el nombre del antiguo administrador, que se mantiene como nombre comercial. El titular es el Sr. Jaume Navarro, y las fincas, Finques Durà. Cero recomendable, una tomadura de pelo. Y añado: rescindimos el contrato por su falta de buenhacer y se cobró todo el año por adelantado, ya que tenía él nuestros fondos, sin haberse avenido a devolver la parte no trabajada. El motivo de la rescisión fue el incumplimiento de contrato por su parte, y aún así...

Negative experience: Experiència gens recomanable. Tracte poc transparent i força prepotent per part de l'Administrador. La meva experiència com a propietària és la pitjor que he tingut mai a cap lloc dels que coneixo i tinc propietat. Mai no he aconseguit que em responguin de forma clara a les coses que els he demanat. No ho recomanaria per a res del món. Si busques Administradors de finques, t'aconsello que no hi vagis.

This has never happened to me in my life. And he has just started, as the administrator of the property, 4 months ago. The neighbors are already considering replacing him because, in addition to that, he does nothing. It is impossible to talk to him on the phone. He has a secretary who filters calls and tells you that he will call you back, but you end up waiting. I do not recommend him at all. Don't make the mistake of hiring him.

Negative experience: A property manager that is not recommended at all. Charges even for making a document that certifies you are up to date with the community fee (50 euros). If things break in the property, they don't fix them. Their secretary says she will call you back and never does. She is only there to collect her fees. Doesn't do anything at all. Don't hire them.

Negative experience: I think that even searching, it would be very difficult to find a worse management than A.F. Durà SL. We finally managed to change management! They should protect the community and do the complete opposite. Terrible communication, disastrous management of the debts of some owners, disastrous management of community accounts, zero help with difficult issues to manage (for example, bad smell coming from a premises of the building). Wow, a disaster that has personally created a lot of anxiety for me since I bought my apartment. I wouldn’t recommend this management to anyone and I hope they are aware of what people think.

Today they confirmed the rental of an apartment after we sent our documentation, and hours later they told us they sent the documentation of another person to the owner and that we were in process, and finally, they denied us the apartment. Not reliable and little professionalism.

Negative experience: Després de més de 40 anys hem aconseguit desprendre'ns d'aquesta Administració. Amb això ja s'expliquen moltes coses. Després de més de dos mesos encara no ens han facilitat tota la documentació de traspàs. Car, mala gestió, poca transparència, prepotència, ... Cobren despeses extres fixes sense justificar, permeten la mala gestió d'alguns propietaris, .. vaja! tota una joia. Els nostres tractes amb el Sr Janume Navarro han estat nefastos. Totalment desaconsellable.

Negative experience: Tuve una cita con ellos para ver un piso de 1000 euros en Eixample. Me llamaron hoy mismo para cancelar la cita y dicirme que si todavìa estaba interesado el piso sube a 1100. Agencia sin verguenza que solo mira los intereses de propiedarios que se ha approvechan de la gente. Que asco.

Negative experience: Nada recomendable. Presupuestos inflados sobre precio real de mercado. No atiende las quejas de los propietarios los cuales se tienen que buscar la vida de sus problemas. Si quieres problemas en tu finca, contrátalo.

Fantastic experience: Molt atents i molt bon tracte des del començament.

Negative experience: Muy poco resolutivos, mala atención, no responden correos electrónicos y todas sus gestiones son eternas.

Fantastic experience: I have worked with Jordi Aznar from Dura Associats on a number of occasions and am impressed by his efficiency. It took about an hour from start to finish (funds in my bank account!) to process a request for return of deposit from Incasol.

Fantastic experience: Siempre que la finca les ha presentado un problema han respondido con interés. Nunca toman decisiones por su cuenta sin contar con los propietarios y explican perfectamente las opciones que tenemos y sus actuaciones.

Negative experience: Si te planteas contratar un gestor de fincas, mejor busca en otro lado. La falta de atención por su parte (sobre todo de Jaume Navarro) es lamentable.

Negative experience: Si buscas la PEOR gestoria de toda Barcelona estas en el lugar perfecto. Te engañarán y te tomarán el pelo. Impresentables e informales
