Fantastic experience: Pleasant, empathetic, and endearing property manager.

Negative experience: Terrible, they charge for doing NOTHING. They don’t answer the phone, messages, or emails. You request services for the community that remain unresolved, we have to deal with the insurance ourselves because they won’t take care of it, we waste the time we don’t have, for which we pay Clara, but we have to manage the neighbors' needs for the community. We have been waiting 6 months for the ANNUAL meeting and the same, no response, then they never send the minutes, a complete disaster, and on top of that with arrogance.

Negative experience: Not useless, but the opposite.

Negative experience: Clara, the property manager, is one of the least professional people we have encountered in our homeowners' community so far. They do not answer the phone or emails. You have to constantly chase them for them to do their job. They charge for nothing. A simple minutes from a meeting takes them months to draft. It's unbelievable!

Negative experience: Dreadful service, they charge for doing nothing and not caring about the community. With the excuse of the pandemic, two years without seeing their face, without meetings and without solutions. I still have to call the community insurance and manage it myself. Very bad experience, I wouldn't give any stars.

Negative experience: Not recommended. This lady has my complaint in court, I won't say more.

Negative experience: Penoso servicio, no se molestan ni en , al menos por educación, responder a las solicitudes de servicio realizadas (no devuelven llamadas telefónicas ni correos electrónicos enviados)

Negative experience: No recomendable, irresponsables e ineficaces

Fantastic experience: El servicio prestado en mi comunidad de vecinos es inmejorable. Desde que contratamos con ellos poco a poco conseguimos recuperar las deudas de los morosos y estar al día en las cuentas y en los servicios. Te atienden muy bien y rápido. No puedo dejar de nombrar a Clara que es muestra administradora que es muy profesional y está detrás de todo.

Negative experience: Cobran por no hacer nada.

Positive experience: Buena atención al cliente.
