Fantastic experience: Fabulous, nicely furnished villa's with private pools. Spent a couple of weeks here and would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Location is excellent, 5 minute walk to the marina & shops aswell as only a 10 minute walk to the beach. The villas aren't the peak of luxury, but they are very clean and perfect for a short break. The only negative is the building site next door, however that is not under their control so I can't be too critical.

Fantastic experience: Wygodne, dobrze wyposażone , czyste domki, bardzo miła i sprawna obsługa. Kiedy pojawił się mały techniczny problem - natychmiast została zorganizowana naprawa i to w godzinach wieczornych ! Pobyt bardzo udany , będę tam wracać.

Fantastic experience: Just got back from our stay in the villa's, amazing time. So close to marina rubicon, for supermarket and restaurants. Some amazing places to eat, in the marina area, Liken restaurant is a must, and the chinese in the lasa area, the best chinese ever. Villa was amazing, everything you need for your stay, yes there is no aircon, but honestly the ceiling fans and fans were more than enough, we just left a door open a little in the bedrooms. My only grumble ( more for the ladies) I took a lot of long summer dresses with me that I needed to iron every night as the wardrobe didn't have 1 long drop area. Pool cleaned and towels changed during our stay. Would definitely stay again, thankyou

Fantastic experience: Awesome, definitely booking for next year. Villa immaculately clean, pool clean, bedding clean. Well equipped kitchen if you want to cook but some amazing restaurants down from marina. Anna in the main office very helpful.

Fantastic experience: Place is so hand for the marina loads of new restaurants and shops part of the new hotel development. They have been open 4 months, and the lady in the chinese restaurant told us. The villa no222 has no air conditioning but not a problem 22c of an even just left the patio door open on the balcony. Fan's in each bedroom plus ceiling fans we found this fine. Everything you need had an issue with one of the doors leading to the pool. The catch was missing and went to reception, which is 3 doors down by the time I'd got back sat down the maintenance man Dave in fixed gone amazing.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful little villas very well equipped and separated from each other. Each has its own pool, terrace, and barbecue. The villas are close to a supermarket and the marina. We had two wonderful weeks.

Fantastic experience: Very well-structured website. It is available in four languages (Spanish, German, French, and English). Very informative and with illustrative pictures of the bungalows. We found and booked our next bungalow for our winter stay here. The service is exemplary in all respects (reception, technical support, etc.) and all our inquiries were handled very quickly. Highly recommended.

Positive experience: Beautiful villa, spacious, very convenient private pool, supermarket 3 minutes away on foot. Towels changed once a week. 1 small sachet of shower gel and shampoo for 7 days/person. No basic necessities (salt, pepper, oil, coffee). No early check-in possible. However, upon arrival on Sunday, we were greeted on Monday morning at 7:30 with very loud work at the former Rubimar hotel. We notified the reception, who said they were unaware... this resulted in mornings waking up at dawn... eventually, we were offered on Wednesday to change villas on Friday—when I was leaving on Saturday, my friends staying a bit longer. It seems to me that the work then moved, so there was less noise (thankfully). We would have liked a quicker response from the managers or at least a commercial gesture. What a shame...

Fantastic experience: The villas are super clean and everything is beautifully decorated. The villa has 3 bedrooms and two large shower rooms with WC. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer. Everything is located on the first floor. The mattresses of the beds are, by the way, very good. On the ground floor, there is a small shower room with WC. The staff is very friendly and regularly cleans the pool (chlorine, pH value, etc.) and the bed linen; towels are also changed regularly. There is always hot water and reasonable water pressure for showering, for example. There is a private parking space right in front of the door. So anyone arriving by car can park right at the front door. Actually, one could rate the villa with 4 to 4.5 stars as a hotel since everything is perfect. Of course, there are always one or two points that one could imagine differently, but ultimately you are on vacation and not in your own four walls. Therefore, we did not deduct any points, see below. There is a stove with an oven. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher. Outside there is a washing machine where you can also hang the laundry. TV programs are also available in German, and there is free Wi-Fi, although the bandwidth is not very high, measured at 1.9 Mbits. It takes about 2 to 3 minutes to walk to the Marina Rubicon harbor. Here there are shopping options and many restaurants. Actually, we should deduct 2 stars from the rating since there is a grill in every villa. Here, the operator of the complex should reconsider whether that is a good idea. This can lead to serious annoyance as the smoke clouds can pull into the house and onto the terrace from the neighbor. So if you have a hardcore griller next to you, it can become a massive problem. We experienced this once when our British neighbors smoked everything. The whole house smelled of smoke, and sitting comfortably on the terrace was no longer possible. !!!Not acceptable at all!!! Reassessment recommended!!! It is typically noisy, but that is due to the Spanish construction style. Departure should be better until 12:00. The operator of the complex should discuss this better with the tour operator. Otherwise, it is a clear recommendation.

Positive experience: Very well furnished apartments with a pool. The only downside is that they are very close to each other, and from the upper balcony, you can see the neighbors swimming.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic area close to the marina. The houses are well-arranged, a bit worn, but absolutely worth a visit. This is our second time here and we will come back again. The service is really nice.

Positive experience: Beautiful villas near the marina. The pool is a small well to cool off after a day at the beach. In Lanzarote, few places (not being a hotel) have air conditioning, this place is no exception. Prices a bit high. Recommended. Rooms: One of the rooms had a burnt-out light bulb.

Positive experience: We know Lanzarote very well, so we knew where to stay. The house was normal, without frills. It wasn't the prettiest, but everything was in order. What needs attention is the kitchen - very low quality pans, all the food stuck. The fridge set to maximum barely held up. Ample parking. There is no air conditioning, but with the breeze/open windows, everything was fine. Check-in/out was easy, although having to leave the house by 10:00 is super early. Close to the Rubicón marina - 8 minutes walking.

Positive experience: Good treatment, the house for families is nice, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The private pool is great as well and with the current times, it's priceless. After a few days, I have to mention that the filter stopped working, making the pool less appealing. We informed the service that has a phone number, and they came to fix it. Once a week, they come to clean and renew the towels. The mattresses are not very comfortable, probably due to the usage they already have. The reception hours are Monday to Friday and theoretically until 5 PM in summer. There is a shopping center nearby, there aren't many shops but there is a supermarket, and by taking a walk, you reach the port where you can find several restaurants or, in the other direction, you go to the village. They have a courtesy room that you can use in case you have to leave the accommodation and your flight leaves late; it has a sofa, fridge, coffee maker, shower, and lockers in case you want to leave your luggage.

Positive experience: The villa was fine, although it has some issues. The pipes in the downstairs bathroom smell rotten and the garden grate does too. There are many tiny ants, but they are inside and outside the house. I only saw one cockroach, huge and red, in the pool. The neighbors on the sides are unpleasant, I think they don't like people who come for vacation rentals. Arrogant. They are permanent residents, the house is theirs. Cleaning was minimal, only twice in 12 days and I believe they only made the bed and changed the towels. I was warned, because I had already read comments, which I wanted to believe wouldn’t apply to me, but it has repeated itself.

Positive experience: The place is exactly as in the photos. Everything very clean and well organized. The service is fantastic and the people are very kind. It is very well located. Very close to the port, shopping center, and beach. You can walk to many restaurants and stores in 5 minutes. The pool and the garden for barbecues are great, it was a shame because it was a bit cold and we couldn't enjoy it more. The kitchen had everything necessary. They also provided a high chair and crib for my baby. And they had prepared a welcome kit with breakfast items, which was very good because we arrived on a Sunday. I really recommend it.

They have excellent service, the rooms are spacious and truly beautiful, plus they have an amazing sea view that welcomes you every morning. 100% recommended for anyone wanting to stay near the sea during their visit to Lanzarote.

Well equipped, both the kitchen and the bathrooms with cleaning and hygiene items included. It lacks air conditioning (although it's not essential) and a bit more cleaning in the pool. The coffee maker is a bit old-fashioned; the filter type.

Positive experience: Equipment, location, facilities, and staff treatment were excellent. For that aspect, I can only say that we will return. There are also some small notes that will help improve: the cleanliness of curtains and rails could be better, half of the upper bathroom screen was missing, I would advise putting a sticker on one of the doors leading to the pool, and finally, the small mattresses were just okay. With all this said, I will return, and if possible, I would like to stay in the same room, number 35. That being said, this is not a bad criticism; it's constructive feedback.

Fantastic experience: I 100% recommend these Villas, we have been two couples with a little girl and a puppy in villa 16 and it is wonderful, super clean, it has everything you need, and it is very beautiful. Everything was great and the location is perfect, couldn't be better.
