Fantastic experience: From my first thoughts about the sale of my apartment in Yaiza, Lanzarote, until the final ends with water and electricity companies and the local council were tied, I have been pleased to have been able to trust the staff of Dream Homes Lanzarote, and in particular I have really appreciated the exceptional contribution made by the manager, Manuel Martinez. Time was willingly given and the stresses of the process were reduced considerably. I would have found selling a property in Lanzarote whilst being based in the UK very difficult without the support of the staff of Dream Homes Lanzarote. This is no ordinary Estate Agency.

I was in contact with other real estate agencies on the Canary Islands before and most of them were very unprofessional, not able to present documents and didn't know much about the property. Manuel had a very good knowledge of the property, organized all relevant documents, discussed the legal situation with our lawyer and responded quickly at time, I wouldn't even expect someone to work (weekends, nights, etc.). Fantastic experience: This villa is absolutely idyllic ! Situated in a very quiet neighborhood and close to the center of Playa Blanca (about a ten-minute walk). It is the perfect house for a family retreat, featuring a nice pool, a large lush garden, and even a miniature minigolf course, which adds an extra plus for all generations. Negative experience: I have been living in Playa Blanca for 50 years and I must say that this agency is the worst that could have arisen in our beloved town. In my long years, I have never seen such a lack of professionalism. The agents seem to have no training whatsoever; they act as if the real estate world were a children's game. Their promises are castles in the air, full of lies and deception. They are never around when you need them and, when they do show up, they might as well have stayed at home because they provide little to no help. It is absurd that an agency like this tries to do business in a place with such history and reputation as Playa Blanca.

Negative experience: One star because you can't give a negative rating... We rented a house for some workers who came and went, and every time they returned, the house was filled with long hairs... we don't know who was going in there when we left. We left the house, and they told us that because we notified them on short notice, we should pay half a month's rent to get our full deposit back... they invented millions of damages to avoid returning it, they sent us a notice that the company had registered excess water in JANUARY, and we had left the house in November. Months later, the owner of the house called me... she was shocked when I told her I hadn't received my deposit back... it must be that they told her that.

Negative experience: I traveled to Lanzarote exclusively because I was interested in two properties advertised by this agency. After seven days during which I wrote, called, and even visited the office, they didn't even want to attend to me. According to their words, 'they have more than enough clients.' All with such an arrogant and excessive attitude that it felt like one was asking for an audience to see the pope in Rome. I returned home without visiting any property. Of course, both are still for sale, a month later. I would think twice before putting my property for sale with this agency.

Negative experience: Estuve mas de una semana hablando con Manuel, el comercial encargado de los pisos en Playa Blanca (Lanzarote). Queríamos alquilar 2 pisos, de 2 y 3 habitaciones. El primer problema que tuve fue que me aseguro tener un piso de 3 habitaciones cuando hablamos por teléfono y luego culpo a su compañera por el mal entendido (que solo era de 2 habitaciones y mas caro) El segundo problema fue que al confirmarle el alquiler de los dos pisos, me dijo que ahora debíamos hacerlo con una compañía de seguros y que exigía mas fianzas de las que el me había dicho. Un decepción de inmobiliaria, falta de profesionalismo, compromiso y claridad.
