Fantastic experience: When it came to selling our property in Spain a neighbour recommended Inmobicosta Granada and that recommendation was well founded. After a meeting with Marimar the property went on the market and we were kept updated on viewings and feedback. Once we had accepted an offer Marimar then became a very important link between the buyer and ourselves with regards documentation, legal procedure and expectation. On the day of the sale all Marimar’s hard work came to the fore translating and helping us through the signing of the sales documentation at the Notary and closing the mortagage together with other lose ends with the bank. Marimar’s knowledge and experience of the property market and the ‘personalities’ involved in the área are second to none.
