Negative experience: Condition of the house was over an hour late with no word of apology! The house was very dirty upon arrival with an empty gas bottle, dirty cutlery and dishes, cobwebs, unusable washing machine, no umbrella!, holes in the doors, disgusting sheets, crumbs and dust everywhere. I do not recommend this agency at all, quite the opposite!

Negative experience: État des lieux avec plus d’une heure de retard et aucun mot d’excuse ! Maison très sale à l’arrivée avec bouteille de gaz vide, couverts et vaisselle sales, toiles d’araignée, machine à laver inutilisable, pas de parasol!, trous dans les portes, alèses dégoûtantes , miettes et Poussières partout Je ne recommande pas du tout cette agence, bien au contraire !

Negative experience: Warning to all tenants wishing to rent from them, an agency lacking professionalism, liars. The villa left us with dirty sheets and accused us of being the owners of those sheets, all to keep the deposit. They did not want to return our deposit because of a parasol that was already damaged upon our arrival. They tried to extort 100€ from us for a parasol base that is worth 30€. They say 'they clean the pool every Friday', yet they showed up on a Saturday morning while we were still present, which shows a lack of respect for the privacy of these clients. Thankfully, the police intervened during the key handover because without them you would have kept the money, not to mention that you did not want to sign the agreement stating that you would return the difference for the parasol, and it was the police who forced you to sign the paper. The police were fair and took no side. To summarize, for future clients, do not be fooled, be very careful ⚠️ and it's enough to look at the other reviews from certain clients to see the truth about this lying and thieving agency, all for money. Unacceptable.

Negative experience: UNACCEPTABLE!! No inventory check upon arrival and departure, villa dirty from the start, leak in the ceiling during bad weather, toilet flush works when it wants. BE CAREFUL to take photos as soon as you arrive if there are faults and report them immediately! Make sure to request an inventory at the end because they may add broken items, dirty sheets, or others to keep the deposit and THEY WILL DO EVERYTHING TO KEEP IT! They are thieves, don’t get fooled, they clearly do not deserve even a glance at their site.
