Fantastic experience: Empresa amb grans professionals. Recomano 100%.

Negative experience: No pongo 0 estrellas porque no es posible. La peor experiencia de mi vida en immobiliarias. Al entrar habían bastantes desperfectos los cuales conseguimos que nos escucharan (después de 1 mes intentando contactar con Salvador) una vez pusimos una hoja de reclamación y aún así no nos solucionaron todo; el mármol de la cocina roto, los desagües no funcionaban, el horno y el microondas no funcionaba... entre otros. Al finalizar el contrato con ellos nos cobraron el cambio de suministros (los cuales nos habían cobrado ya al entrar) y dos meses después nos enteramos que no han hecho el cambio de titular. Me parece la PEOR inmobiliaria que hay en la comarca, son unos impresentables, poco profesionales y unos descuidados. Si no queréis pasar por lo peor alquilando inmuebles, no contactéis con ellos.

Negative experience: Unacceptable; we were renting and when we left they did not cancel the electricity or gas; after 4 months, the electricity company called us claiming that we owed money for the electricity and gas that the new tenants had used. We have gone there up to 5 times and made multiple calls (Salvador is never available) and they still have not refunded the money. It's a shame, do not trust these people.

Negative experience: Right now I am renting with them, I have been here for 8 years and I am having a very bad experience, lacking formality, efficiency, and professionalism. My contract expired last month and I am still waiting for them to notify me to sign the renewal, and we are almost at the end of the month when they told me at the beginning of the month that it would take 10 days to prepare it..... I call my manager and they don’t answer my calls or return them, I send SMS and nothing.

Negative experience: Of the bad, the worst; walk past if you're at the door and don't look at what it advertises because it will surely deceive you. If you're looking to rent, buy, or sell... this is not a company you can trust.

Negative experience: Very bad experience, everything was fine, I signed for the check and in the end, it's been two months and I still haven't received half of the deposit back!

Negative experience: Good luck getting your deposit back. Was forced to wait a month before the deposit was returned. Then charged over 200 euros for cleaning services. Absolute joke of an agency. Avoid at all costs
