Negative experience: Hoy, 4 de julio de 2025, esta inmobiliaria ha decidido que su publicidad estaba por encima de la ley y del respeto a mi propiedad. Han depositado su propaganda en mi buzón, que tiene un cartel de "NO PUBLICIDAD" imposible de ignorar. Este acto no es un simple descuido, es una declaración de principios. Demuestra que su estrategia comercial pasa por infringir normativas vigentes. Y aquí es donde cualquier cliente potencial debería encender todas las alarmas. Pensemos lógicamente: Si son capaces de ignorar deliberadamente una norma tan visible y básica para captar un cliente, ¿qué les impedirá "olvidar" detalles en un contrato? ¿Con qué transparencia gestionarán una señal o un depósito? ¿Qué cláusulas considerarán "flexibles" a su conveniencia cuando tu dinero esté en juego? Por mi parte, y con las pruebas gráficas de esta infracción ya documentadas, me reservo el derecho a interponer la correspondiente denuncia ante el Ayuntamiento y la Agència Catalana del Consum. A efectos públicos, les informo que, según el régimen sancionador de la Ley7/2022 y el Codi de Consum de Catalunya, se enfrentan a multas que, incluso por infracciones consideradas leves como esta, pueden ascender a importes muy elevados. Animo a otras personas hacer lo mismo puesto que veo, en reseñas anteriores, que es una practica común en esta empresa tan poco seria. La confianza en una inmobiliaria es la base de todo. Yo no arriesgaría mi patrimonio con quien demuestra un desprecio tan claro por la ley. Hay muchas otras opciones profesionales en el mercado.
