Cuando entré por primera vez para la compra de un piso me parecieron gente seria y profesional... Pasado un tiempo puedo añadir, además de lo anterior, que son cercanos y se han portado muy bien durante todo el proceso. Gracias en especial a PEP por su tiempo y paciencia.

Hemos recibido un trato personal y profesional muy bueno desde las primeras visitas con Sonia, y después con Joan, a pesar de los contratiempos y de las restricciones de movilidad que ha provocado la pandemia.
Desde nuestra primera cita con Lluc, responsable comercial, hasta el último día de la firma de venta de nuestro inmueble con la comercial Viviana (un encanto de persona), el trato ha sido excelente, profesional, transparente y cercano. Fantastic experience: Estoy muy agradecido con la inmobiliaria por toda la ayuda en el proceso de conseguir mi piso. Desde el primer momento me sentí acompañado, con una gestión profesional, clara y transparente. Negative experience: Muy mala experiencia. Te quitan dinero de la fianza alegando cualquier excusa. Antiguos trabajadores ya me informaron que es su forma de trabajar, muchas de las cosas que hacen no informan ni a los propietarios. Esto le ha pasado a varias personas que conozco.

Negative experience: AVISO a quién quiera alquilar con esta inmobiliaria (spoiler): Se quedarán con parte de tu fianza o con toda ella buscando cualquier motivo. En nuestro caso no solo nos devolvieron la fianza fuera de plazo (la ley obliga antes de un mes), sinó que tampoco nos dieron los intereses por demora que establece esa misma ley. Al reclamarlos en varias ocasiones, no solo no nos hicieron ni caso, sino que nos respondieron a esos correos diciendo que se iban a quedar parte de la fianza para reparar supuestos desperfectos de los que no teníamos ni conocimiento. Esta empresa se aprovecha del hecho que para reclamar tu dinero debes poner denuncia judicial, y eso poca gente lo hace por lo caro del proceso.

Negative experience: Parece ser que es política de esta inmobiliaria quedarse el dinero de la gente que ha depositado en fianza alegando cualquier escusa para no tener que devolverlo, incluso sobre desperfectos sobre los que por normativa no se deberían aplicar al arrendatario o sobre los que ya se encontraban en la vivienda. Saben que como son ellos los que tienen y por lo tanto controlan tu dinero, tienen las de ganar y se aprovechan de ello para quedárselo.

Negative experience: Mi experiencia con Finques Company ha sido muy negativa. La administradora que me atendió mostró poca empatía y falta de profesionalidad, y retuvieron mi fianza durante más de un mes incumpliendo la Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos (LAU, Art. 36), que establece que la devolución debe realizarse en un plazo máximo de un mes desde la entrega del inmueble. Encima se han quedado parte de la fianza de forma irregular e incumpliendo a normativa. También atribuyéndome desperfectos que se tendría que hacer cargo el propietario. Buscan cualquier excusa para quedarse lo máximo posible la fianza. La comunicación fue estresante y poco respetuosa, con sensación de constante presión y juicio. Recomiendo a futuros clientes estar muy atentos y documentar todo, porque la gestión de fianzas puede ser lenta y confusa.

Lamentamos que su experiencia no haya sido satisfactoria. No obstante, queremos aclarar que intentamos actuar con la máxima transparencia y flexibilidad. A pesar del estado en que se devolvió el piso (con desperfectos y falta de limpieza documentados), no se descontaron conceptos como la pintura ni la campana extractora, asumidos por la propiedad. También se ofreció la opción de realizar una limpieza adicional, que no se aprovechó.
Los únicos importes descontados responden a daños evidentes y confirmados (como la goma de la lavadora, la llave del buzón y el consumo de agua). El objetivo siempre ha sido gestionar el proceso de manera justa para todas las partes.

Negative experience: Tuve una pésima experiencia con el servicio de administración durante el alquiler de un piso, no siendo así con el personal que me buscó el piso que lo hicieron rápido y fueron muy amables dada mi urgencia por motivos laborales. Aun así, me lo entregaron muy sucio, sin sofá, con paredes sucias, pelos de perro y gato por todos sitios y cosas por arreglar que nunca hicieron, y me dieron largas durante mí estancia en dicho inmueble. Si bien lo cogí en ese momento por necesidad, hoy por hoy nunca acudiría a ellos de nuevo.

Lamentamos que haya quedado decepcionada con nuestro servicio. Hemos revisado su expediente y, en el momento que usted formalizó el contrato, se pactaron una serie de cosas, entre ellas que en 3 días le llegaba el sofá nuevo y que el mismo día que se le entregaron las llaves estaría el equipo de limpieza allí, dado que usted tenia la urgencia de entrar. Aun así, posteriormente nos apersonamos en la vivienda y en ningún caso la persona que estaba allí (no era usted) no expresó ningún descontento con el servicio de limpieza
Entendemos su enfado puesto que la propiedad la ha penalizado por no cumplir la duración mínima legal.
También queremos hacer inciso en que durante los 8 meses de estancia se produjo un problema con el calentador que se sustituyó inmediatamente.

Negative experience: They manage my community of neighbors very poorly, I don't know how you can pay people who don't understand normal things or how the laws work, they don't answer emails.... we've looked into it and have no response.... it would be better if they hired people who know what they're doing, not girls who just graduated from their studies, they don't solve anything or understand anything.

Negative experience: Terrible treatment, they rented me an apartment with bedbugs and they don't want to take responsibility, they claim that I was the one who brought them when I got bitten the first night of sleeping. On top of that, they act surprised and clueless when they know perfectly well what I'm talking about, what a hard face. Just because they hand over the apartment unfurnished doesn't mean those bugs aren't there; God knows what the reason was for the previous tenant's departure. They handed me the apartment dirty, very dirty, and I have witnesses because there were people who came to see the apartment with me. They are a disaster, pretending to be decent when they don't have a pinch of decency. As for the renovations, I waited a month and a half for them to come, and I'm still waiting for them to fix the closet. They never respond to WhatsApp messages they aren't interested in. This has been the worst real estate agency. I warn anyone wanting to rent to check everything well before viewing the apartment because they say a lot but then do not deliver.

Negative experience: I find it very shocking that this real estate agency is still operating. A friend, just a few days after moving into an apartment, found herself with BED BUG bites, yes, BED BUGS. She contacted them and they had the nerve to say that she was the one who brought them into the apartment (when she had literally only been there for 2 days), and that she would have to resolve the issue herself. Furthermore, I've seen that other people have experienced something similar; she was promised that a piece of furniture would be fixed within the first month, surprise surprise... they never came. And lastly, when I tried to contact them, they didn't answer the phone.

Negative experience: I would give them a zero, but it won't let me. A disaster of a real estate agency, when it comes to problem-solving. They are only there to sell and rent, they incredibly shy away from complaints and problems and have no degree of empathy for people. In our particular case with Miss Ester. I do not recommend renting from such an unserious and unprofessional agency at all. We have had two problems with them and zero solutions. The latest, these leaks without a solution in the 5-year-old girl's room, and it continues to rain. Given the current rental prices and what agencies earn, this is unacceptable. As of April 20th, a month later, we are still the same. And on top of that, they have the guts to say they are not the ones managing our rental. Worse as people than as a company.

Positive experience: I called from the Canary Islands because I needed something urgent. I was attended by Pilar, who was super nice by the way. I arrived in Figueras on a Monday afternoon and we signed the contract and they handed me the house on Thursday. In these 2 days, I have noticed defects that I have reported (to keep a record that they were already there), and they told me from the real estate agency that they would come in 15 days to inventory and provide a solution. It depends on that visit to modify my evaluation upwards or downwards. In any case, I want to thank Pilar for her good treatment and speed in management. She definitely deserves 5 stars!

She will try to trick you with everything and more, invoices that are not in your name and she wants you to pay, deposits that threaten not to return to you... she can even tell you that she hopes you leave the flat.... they don’t do things worse because they can’t, but the lady knows everything and don’t contradict her... it’s us that don’t want to understand what she does (tricking people)... luckily we left the flat quickly and the problems ended... Negative experience: LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND HUMANITY At the moment of signing, they were very attentive and concerned about notifying them if there was anything wrong in the apartment that they might have overlooked. _ From the beginning, I have been missing the mailbox keys; I have been waiting for copies for 5 months, the mailbox is full, and I have to use pliers to pull out the letters. _ The heating doesn’t work well; some radiators are missing keys to open and close them. It’s an unnecessary expense if I turn on the heating. _ The window in the room came off; I spent 4 days sleeping with the window open in the middle of January. I’m still suffering from a cold... And on top of that, without heating. It’s colder inside the house than outside. (I finally had to fix it myself; the situation was surreal) I reported all this to the person from the agency who manages my incidents, as I have had a notice for a month, and nothing has happened. I wrote again to ask if they wanted me to handle it and send them the invoice... they have left me on seen and haven’t responded for 2 days. It’s a shame, no... it’s beyond that.

Negative experience: My experience with this real estate agency has been terrible! In all my years of renting apartments, this is the first time I've had to complain countless times to get my deposit back, and only after 3 months have they finally decided to do it, always making excuses that are, of course, false... knowing that the legal period for doing this is one month. It started off badly from the beginning; they delivered the apartment to me dirtier than promised, when I was assured it would be clean. After that, they expected it to be spotless when I left, otherwise... well, you know what happens to the deposit, exact words. I should also highlight that you can never count on one reference person since in a year and a half, I’ve had to explain the same things to 5 different people. When I was leaving, during the check-out with someone from their agency, I was told that everything was perfect, and conveniently, 3 months later, another different person thought otherwise and of course deducted €300 from my deposit. This is the reality of this agency; their version will surely be different as I have read in several previous comments, but as tenants who have NEVER caused problems (and I travel a lot for work), I assure you it is TERRIBLE! It's not worth the headaches you endure because of an apartment, and even less the treatment you receive, having to call every day to solve a situation that should be handled professionally without needing to do that. Also, I have been paying bills for that apartment up to 3 months later... In short... a disaster and a real disappointment.

En primer lugar, cuando entró en el piso en noviembre del 2021, y en el momento que se quejó de la limpieza, se encargó de inmediato un servicio de limpieza a una empresa que le realizó el servicio. Pues, es normal, que ahora a su salida reclamemos que el piso esté en las mismas condiciones. En segundo lugar, siempre ha tenido un interlocutor de referencia, pero por la mala suerte, no es decisión empresarial, la persona con quien usted hablaba causó baja laboral. A todo esto, sí que estaba registrado que había unas reparaciones por hacer (manijas de las puertas rotas y una cisterna del WC que perdía), y que usted reconoció que le correspondían.Por último, queremos decir públicamente que estas argumentaciones no son excusas, sino que expresan la realidad. Por ejemplo, afirma que hemos tardado tres meses en devolver una fianza cuando no es así. Estará fuera de plazo, de acuerdo, pero la fianza se liquidó el 29/08/23 cuando usted entregó las llaves el 07/07/2023, por lo tanto, un poco menos de dos meses después.Estamos a su disposición para mostrarle toda la documentación y plazos citados.Atentamente,Finques Company

Before signing, everything is good words; when it comes time to pay, they are charming and nice people, but oh my friend! once you sign and have the contract, problems start. The staff at the Figueres office are a mix of useless and incompetent. If you need to fix something in the house, you are lost; THEY TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANYTHING. When you leave the house, they try to keep part of the deposit, and of course, THEY DO NOT DISCONNECT you from the electric and water services, so you have to fight with the companies as if you were a delinquent. In short, avoid this real estate agency for your mental health.

Negative experience: Disappointed.... we left the apartment in July. Knowing that the real estate agency was aware that the ceramic hob was broken, the agent who came to see the apartment said very few words regarding the hob. It was only mentioned that it needed to be replaced. I feel this is correct since it broke on us and we didn’t have time to change it ourselves. A month goes by and there are no news about the replacement of the hob. In September, I asked via WhatsApp if there were any updates regarding the deposit (I know I have to pay it since it was broken by me) and two days went by without a response. I went to the office, and the agent told me it has been changed. I asked, 'Great... and the invoice???' She looks for it.... Then there’s a €20 charge for canceling some service. And I still have to settle €69. The cost of buying and installing the hob was €375. The deposit was €425. All of this only with the invoice for the hob. The remaining €90 paid, I still don’t know what it’s for... because they didn’t give me any invoice. The response to my complaint about not having an invoice for all the payments made was 'I already told you what you had to pay word by word.' The service is terrible once you leave the apartment.

Negative experience: P poor management. I've been in an apartment for almost 6 months with an immense list of things to fix that degrade the quality of life and with a fairly high rent. I was told it would be fixed in the first two weeks or at most the first month, and now 5 have passed and nothing. It turns out that now the owner doesn't want to change them because they have a very high cost, and no compensation is offered to me, nor solutions since they barely respond to the messages I send them. I understand they may have a lot of work, but if they can't manage to attend to clients, more staff is needed. My intention was not to write a bad review, but I've run out of patience. I have to live with rusted radiators, a boiler that constantly fails and doesn't heat water, and an A/C that doesn't work well, and a long etcetera. However, the customer service has been very good, but once you sign the contract, at least speaking from my personal experience, it has been lamentable.

Negative experience: The treatment received at the Figueras office was awful. I went to inquire at this office and as soon as I arrived I had a very bad feeling. At that moment, there was an elderly lady complaining to the real estate agency to please solve the leak problem she had been suffering in her apartment for months, and no one was doing anything to fix the leaks. The receptionist, instead of being empathetic and trying to help resolve the problem, simply told her that she had noted it down. In the end, the lady left the real estate agency without any solution. And after sitting and waiting for my turn in a chair, entering on the left side, I had to experience the rudeness and impolite treatment from the receptionist and an administrator whose name I can't remember. I arrived at five to and they were in a hurry to close, so the service was terrible. I do not recommend this real estate agency at all.
Negative experience: Terrible service, I went several times and the girl at the counter was very unwilling to work. All she tells you is everything is online, I can't do anything for you, wait for your call... And she looks at you with uncomfortable stares as if you're going to bite her, it's really intense.
