Negative experience: Not very helpful - in response to your reply. I have given you 7 weeks to find a property for me. Nevertheless, when I visited your office, not only you had literally no properties but you were less then helpful. So why asking me to come see you and waste my time and yours ? Finally, this platform is great to provide feedback and make sure people are aware of the service some of us received from different companies. As you can see from my reviews, there are plenty 5*. It is merely because they deserved it. You didn’t ! Simple … Krips estate agents however, got a 5* for their help and support. They are highly recommended and also based in Gran Canaria.

Negative experience: The person in charge of rentals, Silvia Jensen, is a COMPLETE DISGRACE. Never let her lease your property for her to commercialize, as she takes liberties over your property that are completely illogical. Someone explain to me how she agrees with a client on payment terms she considers without accepting what the property requires, drafts contracts without a deposit, and tells you at the last moment so you can't back out, playing with people's time. If you ask for solvency information about the clients she brings, which is more than basic for any operation, she gets offended claiming her clients are solvent because she says so, but she does not vouch for them in case of non-payment. When she shows properties, she makes assumptions that are not appropriate and about demands that no one has given her the trust to take. Once she has done her job and received her commission, she bothers with claims about things already agreed upon in the contract to always want to adapt them in favor of the tenant and against the owner. In other words, she believes her client is only the tenant and disregards the property. This person is an insult to the professionalism of the sector. The arrogance and lack of humility of this girl are really unpleasant, and her attitude is more than undesirable. Very bad experience with this person and therefore with this real estate agency. And I know firsthand that she is not the only one having a bad experience that other clients have had.

Fantastic experience: Five years ago we found our dream bungalow with Sunrise Immobilien. The collaboration with Marc and Gino was trusting, competent, and heartfelt from the first viewing to the notary appointment. We kept in touch, and when we were offered a larger bungalow privately that we wanted to purchase, it was clear to us - not without Marc Heidenthal. He made us a fair offer to assist us in this transaction, and we were - along with the sellers - very glad to have him by our side. He skillfully cleared bureaucratic difficulties out of the way, and thus nothing stood in the way of a successful purchase completion.
