Fantastic experience: After more than a year of not finding an apartment that matched what I was looking for, I found it at this real estate agency. The attention is unbeatable and... It is the ONLY agency of all the ones I have dealt with in Murcia that has NOT charged me anything as a tenant for renting. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Negative experience: I rented my apartment through this real estate agency and they placed a tenant who had a history of defaulting in other places. After 3 months, he stopped paying me, and when I went to speak with them, they washed their hands of it and offered me no solutions. So for me, they can disappear because I won't leave anything of mine to them.

Negative experience: You arrange with the real estate agency to set up an appointment to see a property and they don’t bother to call you to confirm it. You can tell they are very eager to sell. They must be doing just fine. People who put their properties in the hands of this real estate agency are in trouble.

Negative experience: I have been interested in a piece of land for 20 days, after insisting with calls and WhatsApp.. I am still waiting for the information. I would not put the sale of my house in the hands of this real estate agency.

Negative experience: Esta Inmobiliaria me ha agregado a whassak sin permiso mio, ya que en el anuncio bien lo explico que solo traspaso o' alquilo local de particular a particular, denunciando si es agencia o' corredores, me da su nombre y me dice que es particular y que le de datos del local, precio y le comento que me llame y quedamos y se niega a darme ningún dato ya que para traspasar o' alquilar necesito datos y referencias y el motivo creo que es para hacer el negocio ocultamente sin permiso del propietario, por lo tanto les notifico lo bloqueen de este sistema y al mismo tiempo mi nombre que lo han localizado por facebook o' otro medio, mi nombre jamas lo he puesto en el anuncio porque es privado y no y no me lo permiten el Ministerio del Interior y menos con mi teléfono y hubicacion, les doy el mínimo tiempo posible para borrar mi nombre de lo contrario tomare otras medidas contra los culpables de esa publicación, gracias anticipadas.

Fantastic experience: Se trata de una inmobiliaria familiar en la que prima el trato cercano y personal con gran profesionalidad plena dedicación por los intereses de sus clientes tanto compradores como vendedores, sus agentes están siempre informados en todos los cambios en las normativas del sector son grandes profesionales que recomendaría sin dudarlo.

Positive experience: Venden tu casa muy rápido porque tienen una cartera de clientes en red enorme, y porque los gastos corren a cargo del vendedor. Se llevan un 6% de la venta y contratas con ellos en exclusiva por un año. Yo los recomiendo porque se encargan ellos de toda las visitas y negociación con los compradores, nos fue bien y teníamos prisa por vender. Otros dos casos que conozco también vendieron sus casas con ellos en seguida.
