Negative experience: El meu fill ha comprat una vivenda amb ells i fins el dia d'abans de la signatura vam estar preguntant com estava el tema dels subministres, al que no van saber respondre. Sis dies després de signar davant Notari, ens diuen que hi ha un deute d'aigua de casi 400€ i la solució que ens donen es pagar-lo o donar de baixa el comptador i posar-ne un de nou, que suposa 350€ amb el botlleti. Mala praxis per no donar informació necessària, tot i haver-la sol.licitat, abans de la signatura. També explicar que el dia de la signatura, no tenien l'informe del president de la comunitat conforme està la vivenda al corrent de pagament, i la Notària ha de fer una anotació perquè es deuen rebuts comunitaris, per tal que no els hi reclamin al meu fill. Només pensen en vendre ràpid, sense tenir qualitat en el servei. Així no crec que fidelitzin al client. No els recomano gens!!!

My name is Ramón Verdú Sáez; I was the owner of the townhouse on Foradada Street in Alcanar Playa, which has been the cause of the discrediting reviews that Juan Carlos Iglesias and his wife Kimberly Ross directed towards the real estate agency TRADING FINQUES ANTONIO in Sant Carles de La Rapita and by extension towards its owner and great professional, Mr. Paco Antonio. I have recently learned about all of this, and that is why I want to present the reality now. I wanted to sell my house to move to Rubi as I was alone and with poor physical and mental health. Juan Carlos and Kimberly were rental neighbors; they came to negotiate the purchase of my house, and I asked for €150,000. They didn't stop until they convinced me to sell it for €142,000, arguing that it was already a few years old, they had to spend on improvements... etc. Since I was not feeling well and was eager to finish, I accepted. We signed a contract for deposit and they gave me €3,000. A few days later, they sent an architect they knew to evaluate the repairs they wanted to make. When they received their report, they wanted me to pay for the work!! They insisted on this several times, and I told them that I would not pay anything and would look for another buyer. I told Paco Antonio from TRADING to look for a buyer, and within two weeks he had one for €150,000, which was what I wanted. I returned €6,000 as stipulated in the contract, and that was it. This is the reality, just as TRADING has responded; I confirm this in their statement and thank Mr. Antonio for his professionalism, indicating that he can count on me for whatever he needs against these deceitful and slanderous individuals.
