Negative experience: Je donne la note de 2 étoiles à l'appartement Arquus 018 de Familidays en raison d'un accueil expéditif. Le jour de notre arrivée, on nous a remis un trousseau d'une dizaine de clés, dont plusieurs anciennes. Nous avons été déposés devant la résidence sans accompagnement, ce qui a rendu l'installation difficile. Nous avons rencontré des problèmes dès le début : incompatibilité du coffre de toit avec le parking souterrain, porte-vélos gênant, et difficultés à identifier les bonnes clés pour l'appartement et le parking. Malgré quelques échanges très brefs le jour même pour résoudre ces problèmes (je passe le fait que nous avions été invité par l'agence elle-même à échanger avec des personnes de la résidence même pour nous aider à identifier notre appartement), l'équipe n'a jamais repris contact avec nous pour s'assurer que notre installation s'était bien déroulée. Ce manque de suivi et de considération humaine est la seule raison de ma note, et c'est un point sur lequel je pense qu'il est important de progresser. Concernant l'appartement lui-même, plusieurs aspects ont également été problématiques : - L'utilisation d'une dizaine de clés différentes a compliqué chacun de nos déplacements. - L'ascenseur est minuscule, nous obligeant à faire plusieurs allers-retours. - Dès notre arrivée, une forte odeur de canalisation était présente. - Des caméras de surveillance étaient installées dans le hall d'entrée et le séjour. - L'absence de double vitrage a engendré des nuisances sonores permanentes. Nous avons constaté du mobilier usé et taché, des moisissures apparentes dans le dressing, un manque d'aération dans la salle de bain/WC, le support du pommeau de douche était cassé et la porte du frigo sale. Malgré une bonne localisation, un appartement bien décoré et la gentillesse de la concierge de la résidence, le prix du séjour nous a semblé surévalué au vu de l'ensemble de ces points négatifs.
Buenas tardes, realizamos el check in hace más de 11 años de la misma forma y consta en todas nuestras reservas donde tiene que recoger las llaves.
Es normal que haya varias llaves porque Usted no alquilo una habitación de Hotel , alquilo un apartamento privado con parking en el mismo edificio , por ende es normal que haya varias llaves en los llaveros ( se le han explicado una a una ) También personalmente le acompañe hasta la entrada del parking ( las parkings en Salou tienen la altura reglamentaria) si ha tenido problemas para entrar es porque ha traído una baca arriba del techo de su coche, suponiendo que entraría bien y sin consultar .
Cómo nota de color, Usted no acredito con DNI ni pasaporte a su acompañante varón adulto, solo a sus niñas. Esto ha sido una falta importante que hemos tenido que avisar a las autoridades.
Por último , a querido sacar ventaja económica y como no lo ha conseguido , describe los comentarios para dañar nuestra imagen comercial.
Queda claro, cuál es su intención . No obstante , gracias y mucha suerte.

Negative experience: Solamente puedo reseñar la falta de profesionalidad para concertar una cita para visitar un inmueble. Hasta en 3 ocasiones hemos contactado. Siempre excusas un tanto extrañas y el “te llamo” aun estamos esperando. Imagino que tendrá mucho volumen de trabajo. Si es así sería tan sencillo como comunicarlo. Señor mío trabajo cara al público y lo más importante es el trato y la palabra si dice que va a llamar llame, y si no tiene intención o no le interesamos como cliente(cosa que ni siquiera a podido comprobar) le invito a probar con una frase. Lo siento no es posible!! Por ejemplo

No visitamos Ni domingo de Pascuas , ni lunes de Pascuas , ni sabados a la tarde y en días de puente ( si los pisos están alquilados y /o ocupados por sus dueños ) tampoco lo hacemos . Creo que ese punto se le ha aclarado bien por teléfono . Los horarios los pone la empresa, como los bancos ( por ejemplo) No el cliente. Repito ya se lo comunico de la mejor manera posible 3 veces. Usted quiere poner un 1por desconforme , está en su derecho.

Negative experience: I give one star because I can't give less. He sold me an apartment from a little friend. Pressure in bad ways and then I find surprises in the house, such as water leaks. We remember your operation. It's your first home, you bought it with excitement; however, you tried to bypass your financial advisor from Tarragona (to avoid paying her for her work in securing the money you didn't have). As a result, you attempted to raise the money among family and friends. When you couldn't do that, you had to postpone the signing because your bank didn't have all the money to complete the purchase. The notary, the bank, and our agency had to rearrange their entire schedules just because you didn't want to pay your financial advisor. After trying and failing, you returned to your financial advisor, and we've coordinated all parties so you can buy your house. What pressure are you talking about? What bad manners? More than the inconvenience caused by postponing the deed, and that in a proper manner all parties overlooked your poor and dishonest actions to get the operation to a good end. What we are writing has witnesses: 1. the notary who postponed the date. 2. your bank, which couldn't secure the resources. 3. the seller (who had to postpone the purchase of her new home because of your refusal to pay for her services). The leaks mentioned—we have the declaration from the seller, who is already in contact with you, and everything is cool!!! (That was the draining from the new air conditioning you installed). The truth is we learn from people every day. This will be another learning experience!
