If you are thinking of hiring this administration, be careful, you will regret it. It’s better to take 5000 euros and throw them into the sea, it's more profitable. They got us hooked, someone must have paid a commission and the consequences are tremendous.

Negative experience: After several phone calls and numerous emails over more than a year, this informal company still hasn't changed my account number for domiciliation of the bills, which, by the way, are piling up. They have not been professional enough to even return my call or respond to my emails, as every time I have called, the person who should 'attend' to me is busy and they tell you to call back later, as if the rest of us didn't have work and obligations to be calling at a time convenient for them. My next step will be to the consumer office. I give one star because I can't give zero.

Negative experience: On May 25, 2022, they did a sampling, (Breaking a wall.) to see where a water leak was coming from, in case it was from my house. As of now, I still have the hole; after claiming for months and months, I do not recommend them. They give you the runaround. No solutions.

Negative experience: És una administració de finques PERJUDICIAL PER ALS PROPIETARIS No cuiden les comunitats, només cobren. La seva gestió ens ha provocat un perjudici de 1200€ al no aplicar un canvi acordat en acta. No revisen els rebuts pagats per veure si es paga el pressupostat i ens cobren de més. Perjudici de 400€ més. Van fer transferències entre comptes per a poder pagar factures on no hi ha diners. No estan pendents dels rebuts que s'han de cobrar i el banc els retorna. Han estat 7 anys sense pagar la brossa que l'Ajuntament de Reus que ara reclama. I més...
