Negative experience: Very bad experience, we visited a property in Noez with them, everything was fine, the contract was signed, a few days before formalizing in public deed we wanted to make another visit to the property and there were all kinds of issues and it couldn't be done... SURPRISE ON THE DAY OF THE FORMALIZATION, WHEN WE ENTERED OUR PROPERTY, THE SANITARYWARE WAS MISSING!!! Nobody had communicated this to us, we called them and they said they would talk to Servihabitat but to this day no one has given us a response.

After speaking with them on the phone and almost begging them to make a reservation for a chalet, they told me it couldn't be done because they couldn't open the anti-squat door. I begged them again, and they said they would look into it and would call me back. After waiting and waiting, I called them again because they don't return calls, and to my surprise, the chalet had already been marked, and their excuse was that there was another real estate agency that must have marked it. You are very unprofessional, very unserious, and a joke since you know full well, Luis Enrique, that I begged you actively and passively, but of course, it must have been the other real estate agency. They sell opportunities to whoever they like.

Negative experience: Pongo una estrella porque no me dejan no poner ninguna. Toda la gestión de la compraventa de la vivienda se desarrolló sin ningún problema. Sin embargo, dado que la vivienda tenía una puerta anti-okupa, cuando se requirió su retirada, a pesar de que había un plazo para efectuarse dicho trámite, fueron del todo incapaces de cumplirlo y conseguirlo. Demostraron una total desgana e incompetencia para resolver dicha situación. Tuve que ser yo personalmente la que me puse en contacto en reiteradas ocasiones tanto con ellos como finalmente con el banco propietario para que se efectuara dicha retirada. Tras 3 semanas de continuas reclamaciones lo conseguí, aunque no gracias al trabajo de los empleados de esta inmobiliaria. En este caso de NOELIA.

Fantastic experience: Encantadores con un trato inmejorable! Cualquier duda te la resuelven hasta fuera del horario laboral. He comprado y vendido inmuebles con ellos y lo seguiré haciendo. 200 por cien recomendable.

Negative experience: Unos timadores y unos mentirosos. Nos reservaron una parcela en ontígola y nos hicieron entregar todos los papeles que corresponden después de un mes nos vuelven a pedir los mismos papeles. Cuando vamos a firmar nos dicen que la parcela tiene cargas adicionales. Nos dicen que lo van a estudiar. Meses después llamamos para informarnos de cómo va la situación. Y resulta que le han vendido a otra persona la parcela yry encima se ríen por teléfono de nosotros por qué dicen que no podemos demostrar nada. Por supuesto está en manos de nuestros abogados. Unos verdaderos timadores.!!!!!!!

Negative experience: Estafadores es poco. Nos reservan una parcela y cuando llamamos por teléfono se ríen de nosotros diciendo que no nos conocen y resulta que lo han vendido por mil euros más todas las parcelas son unos ratas que miran un céntimo y no miran para las personas. No volvería a consultarlos para nada!!! Mentirosos y estafadores

Negative experience: Bueno yo compre un piso a esta inmobiliaria hace unos meses nuevo a estrenar, el piso era de servihabitat y coralholmes. Muy bonito pero el dia que enganche la luz mas de la mitad de interuptores no funcionan una chapuza de instalación los cables mal puestos. Y la instalación de fontaneria madre mia ek avua se sale por todos los sitios
