Negative experience: I called them several times when they were promoting the homes next to the market square, and they told me they would call, and they have called you, just like me. They are very unprofessional and must not respect the call lists at all; on the contrary, they call those who sound a bit familiar. Just two weeks ago, I called for three consecutive days about 6 or 7 times a day at various times. The most frustrating part is that they tell you on the line that they will assist you shortly (a voicemail), they leave you on hold, and after about 3.5 to 4 minutes, they hang up without any consideration. Unacceptable because they don't even have the courtesy to pick up and greet you properly. Passing......, for life.
