Negative experience: An incompetent person who does not respect the rights of the owners, holding meetings whenever he wants and making decisions with his president in a completely illegal manner. If you are looking to pay without having anything... this is the right company.

Fantastic experience: It's the worst, incompetent in his job, for sure, in my community he only puts obstacles to everything we propose. The only presence he has in the community is to propose some meeting!!!! He's a slacker, a disaster, etc. I have been waiting for a year for him, as the administrator, to solve a hole and a defect in the roofs, and it’s still the time that I'm waiting for it to be resolved, and there are many such issues... As an administrator, he is a nullity, and on top of that, he doesn’t answer the phone for anyone in the community!? So, I hope none of you hire him, as he will only bring you problems in everything: management, repairs, solutions, clarity in accounts, etc!!!!

Negative experience: Informal, for the Ordinary General Meeting of my community, they do not present the accounts of expenses or income, we asked for them and they do not respond or show them, in one year all the money from the account has been spent when we have never had any issues with the balance.

Negative experience: Este administrador y el presidente de la comunidad de Valle del Sol nos robaron de la cuenta de la comunidad 200 euros y repartirse el dinero con el conserje, diciéndo que era la paga de regalo de navidad,cuando en el contrato del trabajador no está reflejada esa remuneración y sin pedir permiso a los propietarios ojoooo y como cosas de estás a decenas se creen el administrador y el presidente que son los dueños del edificio,sois unos sinvergüenzas los dos,espero que varios vecinos nos juntemos para hecharos,vamos que tengo pruebas de todo lo que e escrito.

Fantastic experience: Muy recomendable!! Seriedad e implicación en la comunidad. Las cuentas siempre en orden, por lo que se puede confiar totalmente en la empresa. Precio bastante justo respecto al trabajo que realizan..
