Negative experience: Fui a ver una casa VPO con Manolo. Me dijo que, si me interesaba, le escribiera con mis gustos y lo que buscaba, por si el chico que estaba antes que yo se quedaba con el piso que estábamos viendo. Le escribí esa misma tarde para confirmar mi interés, pero nunca me respondió. También me dijo que me llamaría al día siguiente para darme una respuesta, pero tampoco lo hizo. Tuve que llamarle yo dos días después, y lo peor es que se hizo el desentendido, diciendo que no había visto mi mensaje. El trato me pareció muy poco profesional. Si dices que vas a llamar, llamas. Si dices que vas a contestar, contestas. Además, cuando vimos el piso le pedí una nota simple y reaccionó de forma inadmisible, subiendo el tono de voz y diciendo que los bancos no sabían nada. Y cuando mi madre le preguntó por la fachada, cambió de tema rápidamente. Nada recomendable y muy poca seriedad.

Negative experience: I was looking at an apartment, about which I was already warned that it was not as in the ads since there had been a problem and it was in much worse condition, so the price was negotiable. We called to make an offer on a Tuesday, and I was told that they would call us on Friday to give us a response. From that Friday, it has been two weeks, and they have removed the ad for the property, so I understand it has been sold. Whether or not they were interested in the price I offered, if they said they would call, they should, even just to say no, as then another offer could have been considered. I find it very unprofessional that if they said they would call, they did not, and the apartment has been sold without any notification after we have been waiting for two weeks for a response.

Negative experience: This real estate agency is unprofessional. The gentleman who manages it takes money but doesn’t know how to meet the needs of the clients... a failure.

Negative experience: No me gusta esta inmobiliaria porque habiendo hablado todos los puntos, intentaron engañarme,eso sí, con mucha educación y una sonrisa en la boca. Gracias a que había hablado con mi abogada y sabía muy bien lo que me correspondía. Es muy triste porque confíe plenamente en ese señor. Siempre hay algo que te recuerda que no todo el mundo desgraciadamente es lo que parece.
