Negative experience: el peor administrador de fincas que he visto en mi vida, ni dan parte al seguro ni responden el telefono y encima tienen una desgana brutal

Negative experience: Comisiones por todos lados. Obras engordadas que duplican los presupuestos iniciales. Pasan de los vecinos y de las leyes. Pero todo legal. Os vaciaran los bolsillos.

Negative experience: I give 1 star because you can't give less. The treatment received from one of their employees was deplorable. We were going to hire them to manage one of our estates, but in the end, we omitted it. Attitude comes first.

Negative experience: Now I understand, seeing the bad reviews they have. I have a humidity problem and I contact my community president to tell him about it. My president takes my details and says they will call me from this place. An incompetent person contacts me and is upset because I made the request through the community president. I'm shocked because I did it this way years ago. I tell him that I am a tenant instead of an owner and that’s why I did it through the president. He tells me that if I am a tenant, I don't have to be attended to and that the owner should contact them. I don't know the owner because this is a property from the Basque government. When I told him this, he literally hung up on me. In my opinion, this is the worst company there is. I have already reported this to the relevant authorities and hopefully, they will fire this type of employee. If it were up to me, they wouldn’t be working there anymore.

Negative experience: Regrettable company. You call with a question about the delivery of documentation for a subsidy from the Basque Government for the work in a relative's building (advanced age) and the person who attends to me, aside from not solving anything at all, only gives me as a solution (she must have been born knowledgeable, the lady), broadly, to fend for myself. All documentation has to be sent via email, let them explain that to older people. If you don't have email or don't know how to do it, this company's solution is for you to go to a copy shop and have them do it. Gentlemen of INMOFINCAS ALONSO, I have done the same in my building and ALL the paperwork has been managed by the Property Manager of my Community of Neighbors. I do not send the neighbors to fend for themselves or to a copy shop. I mention that my relative is an elderly person (there are quite a few in the Community) and without experience in technology and the employee's response is 'YOU ARE YOUNG FOR THAT.' Regrettable response, regrettable management, regrettable employee, and regrettable company. Do your job properly, as that's what you are paid for.

Negative experience: Nothing professional, incredible delays, you have to constantly oversee them. I can't write everything that has happened with them because it would take 10 years. They do their own thing and ignore the neighbors. We have to handle all the management ourselves.

Negative experience: Regrettable. Nothing resolutive or professional from the person who attended to manage a homeowners' association. Awful attention. Residents pay them to manage and solve issues related to the community that arise within their duties.

Negative experience: Lamentable . Nada resolutivo ni profesional la persona que atendio para dedicarse a una comunidad de propietarios.Atencion pésima. Les pagan los vecinos para que gestionen, solucionen aspectos relativos a la comunidad que van aconteciendo dentro de sus funciones.

Negative experience: Es la admon de fincas de nuestra comunidad de propietarios. Nos está arruinando a gastos continuos derivados de una rehabilitación de fachadas SATE, aprobada con malas artes. Se rompió la bajante de tuberia comunitaria hace 8 meses, y hace caso omiso a reparar o pagar los daños por agua generados en 4 pisos, a pesar de que pagamos un seguro comunitario, que ha contratado a una correduría, al cual no le reclama que se haga cargo, y que hemos descubierto que ha contratado con franquicia. La empresa que ha contratado para rehabilitar la fachada, ha roto una tubería de agua, que ha estado cayendo agua 2 días, y al sustituir los alféizar, nos ha causado agujeros en las fachadas por las que nos entra aire y agua, y tampoco lo resuelve. Estamos pagando 140€/mes, y solo vemos actitud de desidia, falta de transparencia, caciquismo y votaciones con malas artes. Hemos hecho una votación, donde se acordó por mayoría quitarles el contrato a Inmofincas, y posteriormente, organizo otra votación para recuperar el contrato, de dudosa praxis. Para algunos propietarios está siendo una pesadilla, tanto como para vender el piso. Pierdes por completo el control sobre nuestra comunidad.
