Negative experience: If you have a house or apartment in Tarifa, do not trust this real estate agency, they are the worst. They put tenants in my house who are deadbeats and stopped paying the electricity and water bills a year after being in my house. The girl who works for the agency does not claim anything. They don't even have rental payment insurance, and to top it off, the tenants left the house in ruins and took everything, even the butane bottles. Incredible that people like this should not be living in Tarifa. I think real estate agencies like this should be permanently closed. They don't know how to work and don't show any shame.

Negative experience: My uncle Antonio Medina and I have rented our apartment through this real estate agency, and the experience has been DISASTROUS. They haven't cared about anything at all, and we've been left with several outstanding electricity and water bills unpaid by the tenants, and they haven't provided us with legal coverage through their Non-Payment insurance. (Supposedly they don't have it). We notified the agency directly last year, 6 months in advance via email, phone, and WhatsApp (3 communication channels) to inform them that the contract would not be renewed, and they did not notify the tenants at all (we assumed they had, but it turned out they hadn't). When the date we had communicated to the agency for the end of the contract arrived, the girl at the office C.....A, with all her 'overflowing professionalism', told us that she hadn’t notified the tenants, and we had to keep them in the apartment for another year. To avoid this situation given the negligence of this lady and the agency itself, we had to notify the tenant ourselves through a burofax (which was received by the tenants without issue) and inform the agency (they neither picked it up by hand nor went to the post office to collect it). The tenants left the apartment on the 15th of this month, and the agency didn't even bother to come and see how they had left the place or the damages caused by the tenants. In short, they completely disregard everything and don't take responsibility for unpaid debts by the tenant, or for ANYTHING. 'I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS REAL ESTATE AGENCY AT ALL, AS THEY ONLY WANT THEIR COMMISSION AND TO FUNCTION, AND IF THERE IS A PROBLEM, YOU ALREADY KNOW THEY WILL LEAVE YOU HIGH AND DRY. Real estate agencies like this are better off closed tight.

Negative experience: I believe that real estate agencies like this one should have been closed a long time ago. They don't take care of anything, they completely disregard what was agreed upon in the contract. If you have defaults from the tenant, you are on your own. My advice: Go to a management company to make the rental contract and stop feeding parasites...

Negative experience: lamentable atención y servicio.Pasamos unos días allí, se nos olvidaron ciertos artículos , cuando nos dimos cuenta llamamos para pasarnos al día siguiente, y pasaron de nuestra cara q allí no había nada q ya te llamo yo, con el descaro de que no tenían mi teléfono. Triste la verdad
