Negative experience: Bad, very bad. We rented an apartment in Donosti with them, specifically with Cloti. Everything has happened to us in this apartment, from water leaking through the living room floor to domestic scleroderma (a parasite derived from woodworm that eats you alive). We had to leave the property for repairs three times in a year and a half. Cloti washed her hands of everything, did not manage anything (which corresponds to eviction, what needs to be repaired and what doesn't, what the rights and obligations are for both parties, etc.). You call her once and she keeps giving excuses, then she stops answering your calls!!! The owner had the same attitude... In short, the landlords turned out to be normal people, we are too, and we managed to fix everything between us. Cloti opened the door to this house, showed it in 10 minutes, and pocketed 1200.
