Negative experience: I do not recommend it. They are not very reliable and violate the law 'they charge you the agency fee for the month'. They do not care about the condition of the rental properties. Be careful with a ground floor apartment very close to the agency, full of trash, broken appliances, pee-soaked mattresses, clogged pipes, etc....
