Negative experience: My aunt rented an apartment through the agency for the months of July and August. When we arrived, the apartment was not in the condition it was shown in. On the contrary, it was very dirty, full of insects, with damaged materials and non-functional appliances. Logically, the apartment was uninhabitable and had no hygiene conditions, which resulted in losing our vacation. Unfortunately, there is no option to attach photos showing the state in which we found the apartment. This agency is a scam and we highly recommend avoiding their services. Do yourselves a favor and don't waste your time or money going to that real estate agency.
