Negative experience: En limpieza más bien regular mantenimiento mal el wate suelto.y muy sucio la mampara rota las luces algunas no funcionan y atension de la agencia muy mal atendidos

Negative experience: Trevlig lägenhet med otroligt fin utsikt Skandal att inte den fina poolen var öppen en enda dag under vår 44 nätters vistelse september/oktober 2021. Vädret var strålande och poolen sköttes fint men VARFÖR var den stängd hela tiden? Bedrövligt❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️

Fantastic experience: Very pleasant staff and very nice to deal with.

Negative experience: We had to cancel a booking due to Covid19. We cancelled within the 'free cancellation' period. We still haven't received a full refund of our deposit. It's now 4 months after we cancelled and nearly 2 months after our cancelled holiday. They are now not responding to my messages or HomeAway's messages/calls. Avoid this unprofessional business.

Fantastic experience: Nous avons eu un problème a l'arrivée a la remise des clés. Notre agence intermédiaire en France n'avait pas précisé que nous avions un petit chien et nous ne pouvions avoir la location que nous avions reservee. Nous remercions Katarina d'EUROSUR qui a su résoudre le problème en nous trouvant une location dne secours pour le weekend (notre agence en France étant injoignable un samedi) ainsi qùne nouvelle location pour tout notre sejour. Elle a été d un professionnalisme exemplaire . Nous la remercions vivement d'avoir pris a coeur notre problème et l'avoir résolu.
