Fantastic experience: What a fantastic family run company C&G Inmobiliario are. We used them 17 years ago when we bought our house through them as buyers agent then again 7 weeks ago when we asked them to be our selling agent . Less than 24 hours after it going live we had our first viewing booked for the following week but surprising 4 days later had a call asking if we could have a viewing same day. Potential buyer came and within 40 minutes we agreed a sale then 6 weeks later we completed at the notaria. Fantastic service all round kept us up to date each step of the way. Could not ask for a more pleasant and friendly experience . I would definitely recommend then with no hesitation.

Negative experience: Tourist scam! We spent a week in a property managed by CG Nerja rental and found outdated interior furnishings. The furniture was rancid and the TV had a broken display. There was no second set of keys, which we did not receive despite asking. Since we did not mention all the issues at the beginning, no one warned us and we were accused of having broken the TV. They charged us 300 euros for a broken TV from the Stone Age. Our complaints were ignored. The website states that 200 euros are blocked as a deposit, but the fine gentlemen directly deducted 300 euros from the Mastercard without our consent. This is a tourist trap!

Fantastic experience: When we became serious about purchasing a vacation property in Nerja, we knew exactly who to turn to. Our trusted friend had previously purchased a property there and had come in contact with many real estate agents, and she was so totally satisfied with Christian at CG that we got directly in touch with him from our home in Sweden before our visit. To start with, I can’t imagine that you will find anyone who is more knowledgeable about the area. We found him to be very easy to speak with, he was always quick to respond to our requests and questions and we immediately felt that we were in good hands. When we arrived in Spain in April for a private viewing that he had arranged, we found Christian to be extremely professional and forthcoming with information and he quickly closed our deal without a hitch. So now we can also say that we are very satisfied customers!

Fantastic experience: CG is definitely the right choice if you want to buy a property in Nerja! Chris is very reliable and well-connected. After meeting several agents during our first search last spring, we planned our second viewing tour with Chris. The communication is great. He also made contact with properties from other agents and organized all the viewings (Unfortunately, you can find the properties at the same time with several agents, which doesn’t make it any easier). In the end, we found exactly what we wanted. Chris took care of everything: lawyer, notary, questions about craftsmen, help with other questions. The process was really super relaxed. Thanks, Chris!

Negative experience: Først bliver man begejstret for at de kan tale dansk. men finder hurtigt ud af at det er penge det hele handler om. Først lejede vi et hus, som vi ikke kunne blive registreret i, da det var en hestestald. Vi kunne ikke være i haven pga. stank fra det nedenstående kloak anlæg som vi ikke var blevet oplyst om. Indenfor lugtede der af hest. Og det er til genudlejning igen. Bagefter lejer vi en penthouse lejighed så vi kan have ro og tørvejr, resultat bygge plads dagen efter vi flytter ind samt vand i både soveværelse og bad. Jeg kan kun advare andre imod at bruge dette firma!
