Positive experience: Betty and Natalie are a good partnership. They are happy to rent out our Apartment and help organise the refurbishment with their in house maintenance man and a carpenter. They have realistic plans balanced between ideal for a couple staying there and realistic renting out recognising budget limitations. We are looking forward to developing our relationship with them.
Negative experience: Terrible company, that isn't a company. Just self employed agents.. They will tell you, they don't charge commission to the tenant,then they steel the 2 month deposit you have left, to cover their commission, best avoid like the plague.The owner is a cheap good for nothing thief. if you have a bad experience Which im sure you will, please ask them for the complaint form, and Denounce them, they already have 3, one more and they will be struck off, which will save many folk from getting robbed. You have been warned. I rented with them for 2 years, they also falsify the bills, to charge you more.just read the true reviews that are all 1 star, all the 5 stars are false, and provided by the self employed agents.only fools don't hear the warning. Note all the 5 star reviews are her friend's Shame you cant give minus 5 stars
Negative experience: Avoid like the plague,had a horrific experience with this company this year after using them for years, they first of all had to cancel our first booking due to their clients are no longer doing business with them,so we were offered another apartment on the site it looked lovely but when we arrived it was facing a busy motorway,we went straight back to them and asked for something else ,they gave us another apartment which was so filthy we had to book into a hotel in Sabinillias over night we returned next day to be told we were getting no money back, we did ask if they had anything else but were told repeatedly no. They stole over a 1000 euro cash from us with no refund at all we never even stayed 1 night in any of the apartments. Extremely rude owner who shouted at myself and husband and repeatedly said no refund, I was in tears and they ruined our holiday. BE WARNED PEOPLE
Negative experience: Make yourself a favour and stay far away from them. Worst experience I ever had with renting a flat.
Negative experience: I bought a property and used them as rental agents for just over a year. Some well meaning staff but run badly.Left them and bookings have tripled, costs reduced and service massively improved. Use someone else for property management in the Manilva area.

Negative experience: Hemos reservado el año pasado un apartamento para el próximo año y nos dicen que no les consta la reserva. No recomiendo reservar si no quieres quedarte sin vacaciones.
Negative experience: Os informo de nuestra experiencia tras varios años alquilando con esta inmobiliaria, cada verano alquilábamos un apartamento con ellos , te lo daban sucio, menaje del hogar asqueroso, toallas rotas . Lo peor q ibas a quejarte y no tenían respuestas, cuando tú alquilas algo hay q preocuparse de cómo está y ponerte en el lugar de quién va a entrar.Todos los años era lo mismo daba igual el apartamento q cogieras cada uno peor q otro.Deben entender q vamos a disfrutar .
Negative experience: Es vergonzoso, las fotos no coinciden con el apartamento que vimos por internet!! Nos dijeron un ático y se veía en muy buenas condiciones,a la hora de llegar nada que ver! Lo que nos ha molestado es la limpieza; en la cocina ,suciedad,por todos lados! Los baños asquerosos! Y el sofá regrenido!!! Aaaa y la piscina....!las paredes de la piscina negras de no haber las limpiado!.Las sillas de la terraza no nos pudimos sentar;porque si te sentabaste te oxidabas la ropa!!! Es una lastima el piso en mejores condiciones sería un estadía más agradable
Negative experience: Stayed Marina la Duquesa for 1year and 5months. They invoiced incredible cleaning cost for 297.25EUR, deducted from my deposit. I had requested the evidence for the cost many times they didn't answer at all. Also I asked for the telephone number of the cleaner. not any reply. (I can share the comunication between both) Please be careful about this.

Negative experience: We had to cancel our booking due to Covid and they refused to return our deposit. They offered us to rebook, which was totally impossible as it was when UK was in lockdown- and have now just stolen our deposit. Do not trust this company and do not give them a deposit!!! On a previous booking they also faked utility bills to bump up the cost of rentals. The owner of this company is a crook. Avoid!!
Dear Martin,Over the Winter 2019/2020 your parents’ in law booked an apartment from us for 5 months and eventually reduced their stay to 3 months. We reached the agreement that they would pay for 4 months (that they were welcome to use in full if they wanted to) but they have taken offense.Shortly after receiving their e-mail informing us that they would no longer use our services, we received your cancellation e-mail which was sent on March 6th, 10 days before the world lockdown. This is the reason why we applied our usual cancellation policy which is as follows:1) For any booking we request a deposit2) Deposits are NON refundable, that is the whole purpose of a deposit3) According to our terms, you are welcome to use your deposit to reschedule your booking until end of yearYou even contacted the Townhall Tourism department who proved us right when we sent them copy of your e-mail attached hereafter.You have always been good clients and as such we are very sorry that you lost that money but we must be fair to all parties and we would not like owners to feel that we are not looking after their interests. Negative experience: Verdaderamente lamentable el trato recibido por esta inmobiliaria tras casi una década confiando en su profesionalidad y honradez. Este último aspecto, más que cuestionado. Me han asignado un apartamento que más bien parecía una pocilga que una vivienda mínimamente digna. Como aspectos destacados cito los siguientes: Lenceria de cuarto de baño insuficiente y con manchas de todo tipo y procedencia. Sábanas y almohadas de dormitorios igualmente manchadas de todo tipo de flujos. Menaje de cocina sucio, incluso con restos de comida adheridas en platos y tazas. Atasco en cañerías que, cuando se acciona el lavaplatos, rebosa el fregadero. La lavadora, literalmente hablando, anego el salón. La vivienda carece de persianas, debido a lo cual, si uno pretende levantarse más tarde, ya se puede ir olvidando. Lo mejor, no sólo no he ricibido una mínima muestra de disculpas, sino que cuando he pasado por el establecimiento para pedir explicaciones, la dueña del mismo me cierra la puerta de su despacho en mis narices. En definitiva, una experiencia que a nadie deseo. Eso sí, te cogen todo el dinero por adelantado para que de esta forma no tengas la posibilidad de resarcirte. Pondré mi experiencia en conocimiento de amigos y familiares a quienes les he dado buenas reseñas para que sepan donde pueden meterse.
Estimados Juan Antonio y Mª Eugenia,Siento mucho que no hayáis venido a verme para comentarme vuestro descontento en persona, ya que como sabéis desde el 2012 que sois clientes nuestros, mi puerta está siempre abierta para mis clientes cuando quieren verme. No recuerdo haberos visto en la oficina y desde luego menos haberos cerrado la puerta. Quizás este malentendido haya sido parte de vuestro enfado y lo siento pues tal no era mi intención.También lamentamos que durante estos 7 años que esperamos habéis estado satisfechos no hayáis sentido la necesidad de compartirlo también en Google, por ejemplo en el 2015 cuando os cobramos 1.000€ en lugar de 1.345€ por un alquiler de 11 noches o el año pasado cuando os compramos una cama nueva para los problemas de espalda de Mª Eugenia por un alquiler de 10 noches… Y este año os cambiamos la lavadora…Este año alquilasteis este otro apartamento de la misma urbanización las últimas 4 noches de Junio y nos pedisteis un apartamento de 2 dormitorios a pie de playa para el 21 de Julio, en plena temporada alta y al último momento. Siendo buenos clientes os ofrecimos lo único que teníamos libre: un apartamento que se quedó libre en Julio después de varios años de alquiler de larga temporada. Lo visitasteis y lo reservasteis… ¿Dónde está el engaño?Si bien entendemos que las 8 horas de limpieza no fueron suficientes para dejar el piso a vuestro agrado, y pedimos disculpas por ello, volvimos a enviar a las limpiadoras para cubrir todas vuestras necesidades y os dimos carta blanca para comprar lo que vieseis necesario de nuestra cuenta. Si también es cierto que el piso necesita una buena reforma, cosa que indicamos al enseñároslo, pensábamos haber resueltos los problemas a medida que iban saliendo: ¿Cómo anticipar un atasco de cañerías?Sentimos mucho vuestra decepción y aún más tener la sensación de que nunca lo hicimos lo suficientemente bien, por mucho que lo intentáramos, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta que el apartamento se ha alquilado el resto del verano sin que recibiéramos ninguna queja. Pero desde luego seguiremos poniendo todo nuestro empeño en mejorar.
