Negative experience: Be careful when you using this company to rent your home. Patricia has placed in our community a renter that is causing a big nuisance to the neighbours, to the point that the police have to be called regularly. This has been ongoing now for two years and Patricia refuses to pass the contact details of the owner to the administrators and she keeps saying she is looking for alternative accomodation to place this nuisance renter but does nothing. On the other hand, she is going to pass on this nuisance renter to another community? The community suspects that the renter might have caused damage inside the apartment but they have never come to check. They ought to do better background checks on the prospective renters before placing them in the clients homes! EDIT: In response to Patricia's reply to this review. If you have carried out the thorough background checks then how is it that you have placed this person in our community? The police had to be called yet again last night. Also you are calling our administrators liars? Someone is lying here that is for sure and we know who it is!

Fantastic experience: Real Estate broker Mendoza is very good and friendly. The employees provide a lot of service and quality. They speak English very well. We are Dutch people and we rent appartements from Mendoza for several times When you have a problem, they fix it immediately. It are almost business friends. The price quality of the rentals is also very nice. I recommend Mendoza, when you are looking for a nice rental appartment in Fuengirola or in this surrounding.

Very honest hard working people and they never took advantage of us doing us an honest deal for our apartment. Negative experience: Non darei neanche una stella ma l'accoglienza non è stata poi così male. Dopo praticamente non è successo più nulla, nel senso che mi dovevano chiamare per vedere due appartamenti e tenermi aggiornata per eventuali altri appartamenti ma nulla, come se l'agenzia fosse svanita nel nulla. Ho chiamato e non hanno risposto, ho lasciato un audio ma senza esito positivo. Non è professionale da parte di un'agenzia e dunque non la raccomando.
