Fantastic experience: I had very limited time to find a property in Torrevieja, 3 days, and Daniela arranged fully escorted viewings, picking us up at the hotel and dropping us back. She had lined up so many to view, including recognising bank Holidays and where would be the best place to start. I had a clear budget and Daniella stuck to that budget showing me beautiful properties, & on the first day I had 2 possibilities, and on the 2nd day, I found the perfect property on the first viewing. Nothing was too much trouble, friendly, courteous and great humour! Daniela went out of her way to get bus routes, showing beaches and shopping malls, and great restaurants. Daniela even did a great negotiation on price! No pressure selling, gave us time to reflect, then on the 3rd day escorting me to the notary, solicitors and everything was in place. There is a team approach, from Lisa getting straight in touch from my first enquiry, to being contacted by Sun currency. Such an easy well-organised process. If you're thinking of purchasing a property, use your dream home.

We really don't understand your review when you extend your stay for four times. Was that a poor customer service?. The problem was when you forgot the keys inside the property and we charged you 50€ to provide you a new set at 22:30. That was not our fault and you write this review here because Airbnb is going to delete your review for threatening to leave a bad review if you didn't get your money back. The instructions when you arrive were clear about the cost if you leave the keys inside.

Fantastic experience: Always kept us well informed and guided us through the complicated process of buying a holiday home. Without their guidance the process would have been very stressful and would have required us to spend a lot of time and money by having to be in Fuerteventura for a lot longer or having repeated visits. Negative experience: Avoid at all costs! Paid deposit to stay in one of their rental properties for a week. Due to lockdowns associated with covid-19 we couldn’t stay. We were told we couldn’t have the deposit back and could rebook for another date. Sent them a list of available dates but never had a response despite repeated attempts. Eventually had a response this year(!) to be told we had to book something within the next couple of months. We explained we had a holiday booked for May half term already and could we book for the summer holidays. They would not allow this and said it was too long since we had paid the deposit for it to be refunded. I forwarded them the correspondence I had sent on many occasions asking for the deposit back or a new date, but they refused. **edit** I’ve emailed again as per the response from this review. The response remains the same. Do not part with any deposits. They don’t even comply with their own terms and conditions.

Negative experience: This company cleans tourist apartments, but I don't know what method they have for cleaning because they constantly drag furniture... they've been cleaning all morning and just keep dragging... without respecting the neighborhood where we live all year round. This is not acceptable; I hope that after reading this comment they take measures. This happened in the Faro Calaburras area. We are also owners, and this type of cleaning with dragging is not normal.

Negative experience: Not impressed! Met with Marion at Your Dream Home Manchester Place in the sun this year. After keeping in touch since, and email correspondence in August. Marion, suggested a hotel to stay, so my wife booked it for her and one of my adult sons to visit this weekend, to view holiday homes. Arrangement was agreed for pick up Monday morning from the hotel, for two days of viewings. After not hearing anything else, my wife emailed Marion yesterday, to be told that there is a problem! no one is available to now do this, as you’re all at the latest exhibition in the UK! That is poor! Why agree to meet someone that’s booked annual leave, flights and a hotel, to let them come out when you’re not even going to be there! My wife has no choice now, but to contact other agents in the area, so it’s not a wasted trip!

Fantastic experience: Martin & Joan O Donoghue. We met Shirina when we were looking for a property in Fuerteventura in June 2024. Shirina was very helpful and went out of her way to help us. Once we found the property we wanted to buy Shirina was very helpful. She set up a meeting and carried us to the bank to open the bank account. She also helped with putting us in touch with solicitors. From start to finish it took 5 weeks to complete the purchase of the property. I would highly recommend Shirina and Your dream home.

Fantastic experience: I first started my property hunt by attending the A Place in the Sun live show in London in May and spoke with Lisa who went through the whole processing of buying abroad. I booked my flights to Corralejo, Fuerteventura and met up with the amazing Shirina in June to visit some properties. Shirina had expert knowledge of the island, showing us a variety of properties and the local area. Shirina really understood what we were looking and showed us the perfect property to which I ended up buying and completing in July. Shirina has provided world class customer service by answering all questions not too big (or stupid!) and has been very supportive for the whole process including helping me obtain a Spanish bank account. Negative experience: My stay at this so-called "dream home" turned out to be my worst nightmare. Not only did the property management scam me with fines for issues that were not my fault, but the rental itself was in horrendous condition. Firstly, the fridge was a disaster. Despite their claims of having replaced a broken drawer, the freezer drawer was still a mess. To make matters worse, they accused me of leaving rubbish, including dangerous broken wine cups, which was not the case. There were only three intact wine cups in the entire villa, and they seem to have confused rubbish bags from other areas. The mould situation was unbearable. They promised a mould-free environment, but it reappeared almost immediately after our arrival. Their excuse was that it was cleaned before we arrived, but it's clear they didn't do a thorough job. This is especially frustrating given that they were aware of my friend's health issues related to mould. Cockroaches and ants were rampant. Despite their assurances that everything was cleaned meticulously, we found insects in every corner of the house. Their excuse that these pests are common in warm areas is unacceptable – proper pest control measures should have been in place. The pool was another disappointment. It was filled with leaves and debris, and their response was that it was the responsibility of a separate maintenance company. This lack of coordination and accountability is just another example of their poor management. In summary, this "dream home" was a complete scam. The property was in terrible condition, and the management's excuses for the various issues were laughable. I would never recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress-free vacation. Save your money and avoid this nightmare at all costs.

Negative experience: I’ve stayed in multiple rental properties in Europe and the USA and have never had a worse experience than with Your Dream Home. I paid €4500 to stay in a ‘luxury’ villa in Benalmadena and feel completely let down by the condition of the property and my experience in dealing with Your Dream Home. In the weeks running up to my visit I was alarmed by a number of reviews which had been left on various rental sites detailing issues with mould, cockroaches, insects and the overall cleanliness of the villa. I emailed Your Dream Home to clarify these and was assured that the issues would be resolved before my stay. I was especially concerned with the mould, as a member of my party suffers from asthma and this would be very detrimental to their health. Upon arrival I found that the mould had just been painted over badly and was still present on the ceiling of the bathroom. There was also a deeply unpleasant smell which lingered throughout the downstairs of the villa. There was a blatant insect problem, we found ants crawling all over the sinks, balcony doors and in the kitchen drawers. We nearly gassed ourselves spraying insect repellent one night on the ants. This problem had clearly been acknowledged by the hosts as there were insect traps all over the place but they had done absolutely nothing to resolve the problem properly. We also found multiple cockroaches and most of our party suffered from cockroach bites. Cockroaches are attracted to damp environments so the villa clearly has a mould/damp issue. The pool was absolutely filthy, never have I turned up to a property with a dirty pool. We were told Your Dream Home doesn't manage the pool cleaning and it would be two days before the pool cleaner could come. They passed this off as being not their problem but they are the hosts and I paid them to stay in the villa!! They even emailed me before my stay saying that if we didn’t shower before entering the pool we would be fined, but they think it’s ok not to provide a clean pool in the first place? In addition to this there were tiles missing within the pool which had just been left poolside. Also the grass area had multiple deposits of cat excrement which had clearly been there a while. There were multiple issues with the villa and Your Dream Home didn’t care enough to try and resolve these even though they knew about the issues. They made it out as if we were being pedantic and overreacting, even though there were other reviews saying the same thing as us. To add insult to injury we were fined for supposedly breaking a fridge drawer which when we sent photos and questioned they said it was actually a freezer drawer. Again a previous reviewer said they were also mysteriously charged for breaking a fridge drawer, sounds like a convenient way to take money from customers. We were also fined for leaving a rubbish bag, I was sent a photo of a different type of bag than was used in the villa. On leaving we ensured we left no rubbish but they fined us anyway. I have absolutely no faith in Your Dream Home, I wouldn’t rent a pedalo from them nevermind a property. They are in complete denial about the condition of the villa and lie, it’s clear the property we stayed in is there to make as much money as possible with the least amount of effort. I have posted screenshots of other reviews for the villa which corroborate what I have said so Your Dream Home can’t deny it, if you’ve already booked with this company don’t believe anything they say!!

Negative experience: As someone who paid £450 odd pound to share a Benalmadena Villa with friends, supplied by your dream home, I feel I have to warn others about my experience and the experience we had as a group of 7. For reference, we spend over €4500 to stay there for 8 days. For €4500 you expect a few things. For me a holiday is where you relax and switch off. It’s hard to do that when you’re waking up to cockroaches in your bed, a mouldy and damp bathroom to wash in, cracked and dirty plates covered in insects and the smell of sewage from the drains when eating your breakfast. After a few days it becomes ridiculous and starts to wear you down. Moving on, there was one set of keys, for 7 of us, and with the front door being in disrepair, it took us a few days to find a system that worked for us. The keybox outside was very handy although the alarm system was always going off when we tried to open the door. I appreciate a pool is difficult to keep clean, when we arrived it was full of dead insects and soil from the wind. We asked if it could be cleaned but it took 2 full days to happen. We took to looking for pool cleaning equipment and we managed to find some in a locked cupboard with the washing machine. Great to have, but we weren’t told - 3 days of the pool wasted - again just annoying. As for location, the Benalmádena villa was in a good location. I enjoyed the short walk to the train station and old town. There was however German neighbour who took it upon himself to shout racist abuse at us on the first night - going as far to say as Britain has lost its way, that we should be ashamed of our country and that we should know better than to arrive late at night (our flight was delayed 4 hours) All these small factors stacked up to be quite a grim holiday for us. We were supposed to be celebrating turning 30 together. Normally I’d not leave a negative review, but when we left, we were charged €50 for a broken freezer drawer that wasn’t there when we arrived and €50 for a bin bag we ‘left’ that was a different colour to the ones we used when we stayed. We challenged this with photographs and we were ignored with the blame being put firmly back on us. 0/5 hygiene 2/5 location 0/5 customer service The Benalmádena villa had so much potential, and it’s a shame it’s fallen into the state it’s in now. I can say I will look to avoid this company going forward and you should check all reviews across all their sites before booking. Spend your money elsewhere and enjoy what spain and specifically Benalmádena has to offer elsewhere. I’ve uploaded the photos they sent us so that no one else gets this dodgy freezer drawer charge. Take more pictures than we did and fight for any charges they put on you.

Negative experience: We bought an apartment from Your Dream Home because this company told us they would take care of the whole renovation (everything is no problem, we do it all the time) to this day nothing has happened, I haven't even received a quote after months. The main thing is we bought the apartment. It's all just hot air and empty promises.
Negative experience: 1. By failing to provide evidence beyond a blurry photo of some plastic part of the refrigerator, the company appropriated part of my deposit. They do not respond to my correspondence. 2. My deposit was held illegally - I handed over the house on July 27 - I recovered the deposit (not all) on August 10. 3. The description of the property is a lie. The house has 4 bathrooms + one toilet. Two bedrooms are in the basement. 4. Throughout our stay, there was a serious problem with ants. 5. Even though I explicitly asked about it, an unannounced worker appeared on the premises, frightening our children because he accessed the pool area through a separate gate.
Negative experience: We stayed at the beginning of last September in an apartment in Los Pacos from this real estate company Your Dream Home, which directly lied in the Airbnb description saying that the washing machine was included in the kitchen. We arrived at the apartment and there was no washing machine, only in a communal laundry room... The embarrassing thing is that we wanted to communicate our complaint and sent an email, to which these people did not react at any moment. Very regrettable.

Madame était trop occupée et d'autres personnes soit disant voulaient également réserver (j'ai appris plus tard à mes dépends que cet appartement était en vente depuis plus de 8 mois insalubre avec d'énormes travaux à réaliser. Vous êtes pris au piège, vous faîtes confiance. A la signature chez le notaire elle m'a conseillée un entrepreneur, grossière erreur encore une fois il m'a demandé de verser 60% des travaux n'a même pas fait le 10éme du travail et est parti en me laissant dans les gravats sans fenêtre, sans porte. J'ai perdu beaucoup d'argent ne faîtes pas comme moi c'est trop dur !

Fantastic experience: Chris Clarke has name like Superman and that’s exactly what he is! We were lucky when decided to let him be our adviser when searching for our dream place. He not only helped us to find amazing place for very good value but stayed with us even after the deal was signed. He spent his weekend with us to show us the best furniture shops and when our 15-year-old boiler refused to cooperate, he just sat to his car and came to replace it by himself.
