Negative experience: Hello, I have to say that about a month ago, I met with the girl in charge of rentals at this real estate agency (Adelaida). We went to see an apartment, which was actually excellent for us. Before leaving the apartment, both with this girl and the owner of the property, we agreed that I would take the apartment and they were in agreement. If I remember correctly, that was on August 15, which fell on a Thursday. I had to prepare the documentation and the money, and on the Monday of the following week, she called me in the morning saying she was at the agency waiting for us to arrive, and I told her I was on my way. Just when we arrived, she told me that the owner had already rented it out, when in fact it was the agency that did it, meaning this girl. I say this so that no one trusts her, to avoid misleading other clients and getting our hopes up, only to be stabbed in the back later. This gesture, both from this girl and the owner, shows a lack of word and respect for others. Since that moment, I have been very disappointed with this agency. What I find unethical is that they continue to keep her working and allowing her to play these kinds of games with clients...!!

Negative experience: Regarding the rental issue, I would say that in our case, the interaction with Mrs. Adelaida was normal. It became complicated when, after a month of waiting to see the apartment and confirming that the deal was closed, suddenly she told us that it was impossible to rent. Later, we found out that she had rented it to another family. So luckily we were the first!!!!

Fantastic experience: After an almost 2 year property search in Estepona for a family home we finally found a place, and we are glad that it was done through Garu. From the outset the contact was super professional, Karen initially showed us the apartment and she was fantastic and knowledgeable of Estepona. I'm from the Netherlands and know them now for 3 years (they are here already more then 20 years) because my father bought an apartment 3 years ago. Last year I start buying apartments to make a holiday rental business and I moved to Spain. I have now bought already 4 apartments with them! Because they are Spanish and already here a long time they know the market very well but also the people needed at the bank, notery etc. This I think is really a huge advantage because it gives a good and harmonious feeling. Besides that everything can be arranged very quickly. I really would recommend them when you are planning to buy a house on the Costa del Sol.

Negative experience: Vas a la inmobiliaria, le explicas claramente lo que quieres y al día siguiente te envía un inmueble que cuadra al 100% con nuestras necesidades, queremos verlo y tardan 15 días en darnos cita, cuando vamos a la cita y a la hora de la cita nos cambia la dirección y nos enseña una vivienda que no tiene nada que ver con la viviendo que nos enseño las fotos.

Fantastic experience: Wir sind zum Glück in dieses Immobilienbüro gegangen. Nachdem an der Tür stand, dass dort deutsch gesprochen wird, waren wir bei Karen genau richtig. Sie machte uns genau nach unseren Wünschen einige Vorschläge und so konnten wir mit ihr unsere jetzige Immobilie schnell besichtigen. We called into half a dozen estate agents and were left feeling a little despondent until we met Karen at Garu Estepona. Super friendly, so helpful, no hard sell. Karen held our hands throughout a very quick and simple purchase. Gave honest advice before, during and after our transaction and is still helping us now! The whole team were amazing but Karen shines brightest! Do not hesitate to call her you won’t be disapointed. Just want to add that this amazing lady is still helping us 2 years later! Honestly, she saved us after discovering we had missed a tax payment deadline. Absolutely no need to continue to take care of us! Fantastic experience: Exelente trato profesional por parte de la comercial Soraya, rapidez en la visita de los inmuebles no tardo ni 5 minutos desde que llamamos para enseñarnos las viviendas siempre dispuesta y funcional, fue por lo que nos decidimos a adquirir una vivienda hace un par de meses y todo ha ido genial, recomendaria al 100% esta inmobiliaria y sobre todo la comercial Soraya que fue la primera que nos atendio, un 10 para todo el equipo de profesionales y ese gran director jefe.

Negative experience: Ni se molesten en llamar a esta inmobiliaria si su trabajo no es de profesor, puesto que esta mañana me han dejado en la calle con el dinero y papeleo listo. Para mi sorpresa la señora Adelaida me dice que el piso se lo ha alquilado a un profesor, habiendolo visitado y confirmado que me lo iba a quedar yo antes. Por el simple hecho de que el es funcionario y yo no. Le doy una estrella porque no puedo darle menos.
