Negative experience: Beware!!!! Please do not even think about leaving your apartment to be rented out by this real estate agency. We experienced the same thing as in the previous review. We live outside of Oviedo. They put a tenant in without warning. They gave the keys without further ado!!!! We had asked them not to rent it until a month had passed when we wanted to go ourselves. They said it was an acquaintance of theirs. We told them that we only wanted to rent to people with a payroll or a guarantor and to remove them from our house. This person was not solvent. And it was known from the beginning. We quickly spoke with a lawyer who advised us. We immediately filed a complaint. The tenant paid the first month and the deposit after living in our house for a month. They did not pay rent or expenses again. Isabel neither answered our phone nor our lawyer's. We had to remove the tenant through a judicial eviction, incurring all costs ourselves. The agency never took responsibility for anything.. They deceived us. Do not even think about leaving your house in their hands!!!!!

Negative experience: Very bad experience, Isabel seems very kind and approachable, but nothing could be further from reality. We agreed that my apartment would be rented with insurance, as I was coming from a bad previous experience, I live in Murcia and cannot keep an eye on things. In the end, there was neither insurance nor anything else, the tenants were known to have previously occupied. On top of that, I have suspicions that Isabel subleased the apartment without my knowledge. The tenants left me a debt in utilities and rent of almost €5000, in addition to leaving the apartment destroyed, having to renovate even the floors and hire a cleaning company for hoarding syndrome. Isabel took no responsibility, not even wanting to verify the apartment when the tenants returned the keys. A thousand lies and fibs, impossible to summarize in a review, but there was no insurance, and she hasn’t responded at all. And when I claimed it, she hung up the phone on me. I have already involved lawyers. Don’t trust!!! Be very careful!!! Especially if you have a property and live outside of Asturias.
